Took my grandchildren to Kids Bowl Free. 2 young men employees helped us get started. I wish I had caught their names. They were so very nice and helpful. Was about 11a.m. on Tues. Kids had so much fun, and so did Memaw! Thank you so much! We will be back again, and again.

From making the reservation with Peggy to everyone paying and getting their shoes with Taryn and Rodell; we had a great time. The music was fun and upbeat and the facilities were clean.

Had a ton of fun! The lane animations were funny and the ball was a good fit for me. They had comfortable, if large, shoe sizes. (I had to drop one full size.) Overall a very enjoyable experience.

We bowled on 3 sets of lanes in 2 hours because the lanes broke down and the business was understaffed and could not fix the lanes we were on. The food was so expensive that we were insulted and just would not buy anything even though we were hungry. No, never again, sorry.

Walked in and no one was at the counter for 10 mins other employees said the counter lady was in the bathroom and became baffled to why everyone waiting was upset.

Went to the snack stand for water told one price charged another not given a receipt. Rolled eyes at me not that I care he works at a bowling ally

All in all ignorance seems to be the theme... I d avoid for a more customer friendly option.

At first glance this alley appears to be your average place for family fun. Be that as it may, once inside I was both disappointed by the staff as well as the quality of my experience. For starters my friend and I paid different prices for the same pitcher of Pepsi to share. Secondly when they made a final call for the snack bar, I went to get a dish to share and was told that they were only serving drinks because they wanted to close early. Aside from the dining, our lane had to keep being reset due to a shotty pin setup machine. The price however was very reasonable. All of this together, I would suggest pursuing other entertainment venues.

Great Spot to get your bowl on. Solo or with a pile of friends. Very clean. Friendly staff. And they support Oklahoma Special Olympics!! Lots of dining spots surrounding the area. Stop in and give it a roll!

We got there as a league was getting out. It was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. I feel like the price was a little high BUT they offer off peak pricing that is quite reasonable. Simple menu if you wanna munch while you're bowling. Worth going back during off peak.

My husband and I take advantage of the $10 for two hours of bowling on Fridays because it s a great deal. It s an older bowling ally but the food is decent (it s bowling ally food, it s not gourmet) and the drinks aren t ridiculously expensive. The seating is more convenient for group bowling than at other places I ve seen.

The lanes are great and glow bowl is a lot of fun, but their scoring system is not so good, and the guys who came to provide lane assistance had 0 solutions. Every strike thrown , the system said we had the #1 pin left and when we converted spares it would only record up to 9 pins, leaving every frame "open" so we had to go back and manually change our score through the keyboard system after every frame! We finally requested a new lane and after a few frames, the scoring system again failed to work properly. The glow bowling deal is really good, and is what kept us there..

We signed the buys up for the free summer bowling and they love it. We were able to get 3 adults signed up for bowling also, it just cost about $35 as a one time payment. It's a great way to keep the kids busy on these hot summer days!

I'm a regular at Heritage Lanes and I had never experienced what happened there today.

It's a Saturday and of course it's busy and I'm in snack bar line for at least 20 minutes. I finally get to the to front and I tell the lady I wanted a large chili and cheese fries. She proceeded to note it on her food ticket and I paid for it. After I what it seemed like 5 to 8 minute wait for my fries my name was called.

They gave me a large order of regular fries without the chili and cheese and I mentioned it to the lady. She said "Oh I'm sorry we are out of chili and cheese." I asked her why she didn't mention that when I was ordering and she simply said "I'm sorry" with an attitude.

Her lack of care and empathy towards the issue was what set me off. Here you have a customer that spends money at the lanes every month and I don't even get offered a solution to a minor problem.

A simple option to either refund my money or trade my order for equal or less value would have been enough to satisfy me for the issue but instead I got an "I'm sorry" with an attitude as if I had created an issue for her. I will definitely be reconsidering my Lane options next time.

I get my grandson one weekend a month. Our routine for Sunday is IHOP then Heritage Lanes. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the service for food or adult beverages. It has taken me up to 5 minutes before someone comes from the back to take order. But the employees are always courtious.

The bowling experience is wonderful and the prices are great.. HOWEVER.. the lady Karen who works in the concession is extremely rude. If you re unhappy in your job you should find a new one.. if you re tired of being asked how many slices a ten inch pizza is, then maybe you shouldn t be a pizza lady in a bowling alley..

Fun!

It's an awesome experience playing bowl at the Heritage Lanes. They gave us a pretty great deal especially for our kids. They give them a 2 games for FREE! Thank you so much for the staff who've help us to introduced their freebies for summer. We really enjoyed their business with us!!!

I started bowling there first Saturday in July 2017. My boyfriend and I went back the following Saturday at 10 for Twilight Bowl UNLIMITED bowling till 2 A.M. The guy there is so friendly. I needed an 8 LB ball that was not in the open. Our Third weekend in July we went on a Friday night. They guy remembered us and immediately got my 8 LB ball. They treat you like family.
The only issue I have is the price of food art the shack bar, a little over priced. I can get a hamburger, fries and drink 4-5 dollars cheaper at Braums. Other then that they have some good deals for bowling throughout the entire week. Price for alchole is resensble. I recommend this place.

Fun!!
