One star is still being generous, only because they throw you a bone here or there, but don't truly help you. They just do enough to appear to help you but keep you "anchored" in place, just so it gives the illusion of success. Fine if you enjoy countless phone calls to your so-called case manager that seldom get returned, chasing doctors around just to get on their schedule and waiting for everything. These are the most inept people I've ever worked with so it is my recommendation that if you want something done right, you must do it on your own, for that's exactly what I've felt like... alone. It's "anchor" for a reason... It's all in the name... pathetic. This place cannot be trusted.
