The high blocks are ok but there are some minor shortcomings that are harder to repair ... it is worth buying an apartment in a high block of this company

The price is reasonable, you have access to many public transport routes with many shopping centers nearby.

A completely chaotic residential complex, high prices, you have no view to something beautiful. This is how the blocks from the Hercesa Company can be described. thought they fainted at how ugly and weird they are.
In addition, I am very upset that this mini complex res. it was built on the site of the former Titan bread factory. I'm sorry I didn't catch it, being demolished in 2003 and I was born in 2006.

Residential complex with all facilities. Includes guard and playground for children.

Okay. F close to Costin Georgian Subway Station, Lidl, Mega Image non-stop.

The complex was under construction. Very poorly trained and completely unfriendly employees.

We have been living since 2012 and we are very satisfied!
The apartment is very well compartmentalized (we viewed quite a lot before choosing it), large rooms (3 rooms, 92sqm usable), modern finishes, very good sound insulation (in 8 years I have never heard noise from neighbors! ), clean, well-kept common areas, for children fenced and guarded playground (the alley for bicycle tours is very useful :)), underground parking, spacious storage room and can continue.
In short: very satisfied.

Expensive and stupid. You hear it all through the plaster walls. Mockery.
