As an Englishman I am lucky to live in Bologna. The people, weather, food, and wine is all wonderful.
The water supply where I live (just 10 minutes from the center) in the hill however randomly goes terrible like I was living in a 3rd world country! Yesterday it looked like fruit juice (photo evidence available on request). No answer or apology ever from Hera. At best an instruction when I call up to drink it, and that it will be fine.

Except for a accident that I suffered on 01-28-2020, damaging my KIA SPORTAGE car against a well present in a 45 cm high parking lot, in via tabacchi in front of number 106/2, on the right side of the cockpit it was already parked a car, and getting ready to park on the left side of this car I bumped into something, and despite having reversed it was not visible, I had to get out to see what I was up against, I took all the photos, made a complaint to the municipal police who made the findings, Hera sends me a registered letter saying that they do not compensate me for the damage suffered, declaring the false that the cockpit was 60cm high, I have the findings made by the municipal police that say anything but, I had to follow the practice from a lawyer and are still pending. I want to clarify that before the registered letter arrived, the cockpit had been pulled away.
I have had a driving license for 40 years and have never been in an accident or taken against anything that was visible to me.
I don't think this is correct behavior.
