One star is one too many for these folks. They've hired everyone from Petersburg. No one can answer a simple "yes or no" question.

They skipped our house going on three weeks in a row now. We have called them 5 or 6 times and still haven t seen a garbage truck. At this point I don t know what I am paying for.

Nearly impossible to get a live body. Will respond in sixteen business hours.

I just wanted to give a shout out of thanks to the crews who fixed the frozen and burst water main. These guys worked long hard hours in really nasty weather and we so appreciate their efforts.

The woman who answers the phone is probably the rudest person I've ever spoken to in any kind of customer service role. Do not know why she is so angry or how she has not been fired yet. Requested a trash can well over a month ago and have not received it yet. Been hauling garbage 20 minutes away to the dump in my car.

Three consecutive times, they left mess of debris on the street in front of my house. We have to clean up ourselves.

I put in a request Tuesday morning to turn water on at an investment property that I have owned and paid taxes on to Henrico County for 10 years. when I put in the request I told them I needed the water turned we could test new plumbing before the renters moved in on Friday. they told me it could take up to 3 days to do this. I called again this morning(Thursday) to see if they could were coming out and she said no and could not make accommodation to do so. It takes about 3 minutes to turn a knob at the street. What are my taxes paying for? Typical public sector service........pathetic.

County does not help what so ever. Water is a necessary! With that being said if you have majority of your bill paid, the county should be able to assit in a payment arrangement to restore needed services. Lacking customer service and integrity . Everybody does not recieve goverment assistance, speak to people with respect
