I bought a v200 wheel balancer in July and have had to have it serviced every two weeks or more. The machine need calibration daily. They refuse to help me or return my emails. They said I need to contact the retailer but the retailer said it s under factory warranty and only they can service it. So I guess I m out thousands of dollars because I can t keep paying my competition to balance my wheels. I will never spend another dollar with this company. There lack of service and empathy surprised me. Good luck if you choose to buy from them don t say you weren t warned

I wish I could give no stars . Theyre circuits are ALWAYS bust and they bill incorrectly. Customer service horrible!! I dare you to take me into collections. I send some monkeys to court.

they put me in collection for no reason. then you cant get through to anyone to correct it. poor service !

Can't speak for the company, but their drivers are doing 80 in a 60 weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating. Took a picture too.

If I could give a negative I would - Beware! Do not call to ask questions they will send a tech out and charge you $300 for a service tech !

I have been using Ammco brake lathes for decades and they are awesome. It allows me to take a brake rotor or drum that is damaged and resurface/recondition them back to how they should be without the expense of replacing them so my newly installed brake shoes and/or brake pads will wear properly in the future going forward.
I know many shops are no longer providing this type of service,but instead, just sell their customers new rotors, They try to justify it by saying the cost of the rotors is so little, it isn't worth the time and effort to resurface them. I disagree. New rotors are often damaged during shipping and handling and I believe it is a waste of time swapping rotors over and over. I prefer to do the job right the first time and Ammco brake lathes helps me do just that...

Never done business with the company, but their drivers are doing 95 on the freeway weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating. Cut off a semi and countless vehicles and almost caused 4 accidents. If you see their vehicles on the road GET OUT THE WAY

If I could give a zero star I would. I bought a Tire Machine and Balancer from them about 6 months ago. When it got here, right out of the box didn't work. We called them and it took 2 weeks for someone to come out. He said he didn't know how to fix it, their own Tech. So I rigged it so I could use it. Called back and told him what was wrong with it. Now, one of the buttons on the balancer don't work. Called Rita and she said it only had 3 month warranty. Paid $4200 and only 3 months warranty. Have not even done 100 tires on the balancer. Not right. If anyone asked me about this company I WILL SAY NO!!!!!!! And don't even get me started with the bank they use. Just as bad. (Great American Financial Group).

I bought a new high end wheel balancer for upwards of $8000.00 several years ago and I could not balance wheels, for nearly two years of service calls they finally fixed it.
They sent me bills totaling $1434.00. There customer service will not call me back and they are threatening to put me into collections. Never again will I buy a piece of equipment from Hennessy, Coates, Ammo, or Base Line.
There plenty of other manufactures to purchase equipment from and stand behind there products
