Brought my 2010 Ford Fusion to Enviro lube in Whitehorse for it's last two oil changes (have receipts). Went to go do it myself this weekend and found the bolt to drain the oil was completely stripped! Great! Now I have to get this removed by the dealer. In addition to this my oil filter and drain are covered with plastic pieces that are bolted and snapped in place - only 1 bolt is holding on each cover and the plastic snaps are cracked!! Hmm... I wonder how that happened?!? Won't ever be bringing back my vehicle to Enviro Lube in Whitehorse again and I am going to be telling everyone I know what horrible work they do and to avoid this business.

I would highly recommend this place if you need an oil change done quickly with friendly staff most of the dealerships will charge you a lot more and I definitely don't trust any of the dealerships in Whitehorse they were extremely poor quality work

Super friendly service but severely lacking in the follow through dept. Went in for a transmission flush and oil change seems simple right. But like the other reviews they forgot to tighten the bolts!!! Was driving down the road and heard a strange sound from underneath my 4x4. There was only one bolt half screwed in, holding my skid plate to the frame, the rest were gone......

Great service ! I was travelling from out of town and needed an oil change. The service was very fast and convenient. The staff was super friendly and helped explain everything. The pricing is a little high, but seemed normal for Whitehorse. Definitely recommend!

Misleading pricing and information. They advertise oil change at 75$ in 15 minutes. In reality, they add oil filter ($12.45$), recycling fee ($5), wiper fluids ($12) and extra oil if over 4 liters ($7.50) without telling you about it. I just had topped my wiper fluids by myself so I had to fight to get it off! So at the end, it's quite more expensive that it looks, and takes about 35- 45 minutes. Please be clear and upfront about the costs and time.

Nearly 4x the cost of an oil change back home! After reading the reviews here and hearing the people ahead of me be shocked at all they were charged for, I specifically asked that the techs not do anything extra without asking me first. They agreed. Then they did it anyway and charged me. They also charged me extra for extra oil my light truck needed. Ask lots of

Kinda "meh" experience compared to other shops I've been to. Not offered a seat or coffee while waiting, and charged more $$ than advertised for oil change because they "added more oil than what was included in the standard price" but failed to confirm this point with me before going ahead and making that desicion for me.

I am very unhappy with their service, and won't return. They didn't tighten the oil drain plug properly, resulting in poor performance due to oil leakage, thankfully I got it in & fixed before the motor was ruined! They also gouge - I topped up my wiper fluid before going there. The man at the till wouldn't give me my invoice before paying, and when I got it, they charged me for wiper fluid. He refused to refund it.
