I bought a v200 wheel balancer in July and have had to have it serviced every two weeks or more. The machine need calibration daily. They refuse to help me or return my emails. They said I need to contact the retailer but the retailer said it s under factory warranty and only they can service it. So I guess I m out thousands of dollars because I can t keep paying my competition to balance my wheels. I will never spend another dollar with this company. There lack of service and empathy surprised me. Good luck if you choose to buy from them don t say you weren t warned
