Had a nice afternoon friendly salesmen give neat explanation

Bad advice. We would not be greeted and no seller was interested in us.

A caravan and motorhome store, where you can get everything that has to do with camping. A very extensive range with a large workplace where you are always helped very kindly.

We wanted a Dethleffs caravan.
We have been to 4 dealers.
Big difference in trade-in value, but certainly so important, big difference in discounts without having to exchange a caravan.
At Henk Pen we were clearly more expensive, about 900 euros.
Agreements were not fulfilled. For example, we had agreed with a salesperson to come over for a meeting at a certain moment. We had already spoken to this seller before. He would be present at a certain time that afternoon. As soon as he received it, he told me that a colleague would take over because he had an appointment for which he had to leave !!! ??? We just wanted to have a conversation with "him" because we had spoken to him before. Precisely therefore called in advance. After all, it is not a packet of butter.
The coffee was otherwise very good.
The (new) model caravan was not there yet, it would also be in the showroom around the caravan fair in Utrecht. We would receive notice of this. Never had a message, even after having informed several times afterwards.
Furthermore, a "Diamond package" was offered, costs 599.00. This package included, among other things:
Making the caravan ready (if you do not take this package, you get the caravan as it was delivered to them.) All not in the plastic and not cleaned.He we have some emphatic questions about it, but they remained thereby. you really do not mind!)
Bovag turn. (With a new caravan? Yes, everything will be checked again. There could be another screw loose)
First moisture check after one year, worth 95.00 (That's 10 minutes work, costs a lot of 50.00)
And also some articles such as step stool, electric key to turn out supports.)
In particular, the state-of-the-art costs, which can no longer be calculated because they should be included in the sales price (legally regulated), are now imposed with a "Diamond Package". Especially because of this, as well as the limited discount for no trade-in, has made us decide to look further, after which we have succeeded very well. The Diamond Package was, in our view, purely a method to increase the profit extra and put together in such a way that you can not live without it (driving rich)

Picked up the purchased caravan (occasion) on Friday, without warranty. The following Tuesday, a roof hatch appeared to be broken and almost blown off. After contacting the company made an appointment for a new roof hatch free of charge. In the meantime, minor leakage at water tap has been repaired. Tribute!

It is a very pleasant company, with customer-friendly and service-oriented staff and a very extensive range of small parts. It also has a webshop with a very wide range.

Friendly people, lots to see, lots of products for camping. Also tents and bicycles. The explanation for a new camper takes 2 hours or so, really extensive.

Messy but super if you need an old part they certainly have it

No interest in helping customers. Could call for a salesperson, I heard the phone ring downstairs, the staff walked past. Phone stopped and left? Never experienced this before. I had called the day before about a topic I came up with. My wife was still walking around asking someone but no one was there?
To be honest, we had come a long way. We are not going to do that again.

Knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful, great service

A friendly company and nice employees. In particular Roald. Relaxed and always in for a joke. We had a Camper with them for a week. The addiction has started! Thank you for that.

Keep an eye on the used cars and when we are in the neighborhood we will definitely come by for a coffee and a little coffee ........

An impossible plastic block was broken off the screen door, after explanation and some hints, the right part was found in a few seconds and ordered from the manufacturer.

Now sit out the delivery time and then do a job.

I have already ordered more from this company and that was always great but this service is more than good.

Great showroom, and friendly approach to the master of the house.

Earlier we came here regularly to buy stuff for the caravan. So far always a pleasant one will be found. A lot more expensive in many ways than anywhere else. For example, with gas bottles exchange, this point of sale is with 5 euros above normally very much above. For other parts, a heater for the awning, for example at another store, 24 euros, here 70 euros.
A while ago we heard at the campsite that they are not fair when exchanging gas bottles. Exchanging a blue gas bottle for a green gas bottle is in any case not smart, but I expressly mention that the customer, including a deposit, is going back 40 euros on the backwards, to the detriment of the customer. Consciously or unconsciously, one may assume that they have some knowledge there and that they do not abuse it to their advantage.

Wrong awning received by miscommunication quickly repaired the same day. Super service. Thick 10 with pencil.

asked for window stays, I specified the size, got a neat answer with article number what I had to order. Window silencers are exactly the same, neatly delivered as agreed.

It is a company where you can buy anything and everything for camping (travel), such as campers, tents, etc. Parking is free.

Extremely nice and friendly business! The service is excellent, the expertise and helpfulness is class. We bought our third Kip caravan at Pen 2 weeks ago, getting smaller. Have been camping with it for 1 week and we are again very satisfied, as with the previous two. There is a huge choice of related articles at very interesting prices. Highly recommended this company!
