I would give zero stars if possible.
The assistant general manager (Richard Kennedy) is extremely rude. I never bid the on the vehicle but I was forced to buy it for the price he wanted. He did not have a single proof that I bid that particular amount on the vehicle but he forced me to buy the vehicle. He made me purchase the vehicle by saying that he will get me banned from all the auctions if I don t purchase the vehicle at the price he wanted me to buy the vehicle. I said he cannot force me to buy the vehicle for the amount I never bid but he clearly said the I CAN FORCE YOU. He did not have a SINGLE PROOF (even after watching the video) that I bid the amount they were claiming. Just because of his ego he made sure that I purchase the vehicle at the price they wanted.

Overall this is the worst auction to purchase vehicle. Many many bad experiences here and definitely not recommended.

Staff is always helpful! Have sold many many cars here without an issue. Auction continues to bring great money and has great auctioneers that make the process a lot more enjoyable. They also make sure they chat with the seller to ensure too dollar is reached. My rep Leigh always finds me great run spots. Have always and will continue to recommend Adesa Toronto to any of my fellow dealers.

Worker need to not be so opinionated with appearances and snobery. People not need to look rich to buy.

They do not answer phone calls or return messages, just get transferred between departments and no one will assist a customer. This poor service has existed for years.... nothing changes. The true definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.The Management Team needs to wake up and fix the level of service provided to customers.

WRECK-LESS with their cars! This company would use its vehicles to street race, which wears down the engine that could cost a lot in repairs and maintenance, plus the cost factor of the damages shortening the lifespan of their vehicles. Multiple times, their cars are use carelessly to race, placing other civilians in danger. When racing, the car will potentially need to break at an extremely high-speed causing the break-pads, routers and calibres to deteriorate at an exponential rate, yet another cost factor when seeing how this company deals with their vehicles. They lie in their reports about their cars and most of the higher-rated reviews sound like BOTS trying to scam people into all of their lies. For people trying to find a used vehicle, auto-trader will definitely be your friend. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!

This company is the worst! Every time we try and call them their system is down they can t retrieve your information. No one will call you back or give you a straight answer. It s been well over a month and I still haven t heard from them

These guys don't declare jack about their cars, and their arbitration dept is a big scam, they refuse to arbitrate stuff they are legally supposed to arbitrate, and will give you a run around...! Especially their arbitration dept which is supposed to protect buyers, avoid the frustration and headache

Good selection of cars at this location and Canada wide. Fees are a bit high but the money you save from the vehicles makes up for it. 24 hour vehicle pick up at the Brampton location is amazing!

Adesa staff need to be trained on customer service. Everyone there has an attitude problem. IF YOU DONT LIKE INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE QUIT!

Terrible. Watch for their auto inspections, they will pass the inspection based on the their preferred seller, meanwhile the vehicle is a total junk. Arbitration staff are very rude and not helpful when informed about the engine issues that are deemed arbitrary. Never trust their green light. Basically buy at your own risk and discretion because once your bid goes through only God can help you if the vehicle is a lemon. Again never trust their mechanical inspections. If you are given a lemon under a green light over 3000$. Take it a certified mechanic or dealer for inspection. They have no shame in selling lemons under green light. All in all deal with Manheim in Milton for much better service and quality cars. They will treat you respect and buy worry free under their green light. Their staff is much more friendly and helpful.

Solid Sales and management team. Every issue I've ever had was resolved 100 percent to my satisfaction. I can't say enough great things to this great establishment.

what a scam and fraud people and sales rep, this place they screw small dealership they only care about big dealership, i am telling you a real story what happened, i had a car worth $60000 they run it on the lane i was watching it online, they start at $55000 and went up to $57000, then i got call from Adesa that they got $54000 , what a mess and fraud they do, this people announced like selling $2000 car he doesn't care because we are small dealer, guys don't trust this guys they are all scam and fraud

Picked up car for Koncir Automotive in Simcoe. Great service here at ADESA

Terrible service and No arbitration.
You have to leave your car for weeks to be looked at for arbitration.
Be aware of mech inspection too.

NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible! HORRIBLE service and auction! VERY POORLY MANAGED! Staff has no training. They lose cars on a daily basis and expect us to sit there hours at a time going row after row looking for it. They come up with new rules they say that have been implemented for years. POOR customer service and their arbitration is the BIGGEST JOKE! Their so called 'mechanics' are unqualifed to be inspecting anything! Really curious about the qualifications you need to be a mechanic there...at the end of the day its just a HUGE CASH GRAB!

Don't waste your time. You're better off driving the extra couple km to milton and going to Manheim where they actually know how to conduct and value your business!

Called in about a vehicle the reception kept putting me on mute, instead of placing me on hold, was very impolite and rude. After putting me on mute a 5th time I called back and was speaking to an even ruder woman if that is possible... customer service leaves much to be desired

They don t have to staff to help there customers, they just want to frustrate you and your money

Very knowledgeable staff and for auto haulers they have a shuttle van for every pick up.

Good place to buy a car from auction. They have somedays for public. It is basically for used car dealership.

Please have more shuttle's. Specially after wednesday sale..

My agency usually has work for us driving cars & trucks through their auction blocks on Wednesdays. Extremely well run, friendly, organized, safe.

Dont trust the CR reports. Never, under any circumstance should you trust Adesa Toronto.
Massive auction who takes advantage of everyone for two reason s. 1. B/C they CAN and 2. For Profit pure greed.
They charged me a fuel fee on a 100% electric car. Lol. The car was fully charged with a 300 km radius.
Also, another car had undisclosed damages.
$725+ hst to fix. But auction wouldn't help because it was not over $750 to fix. $25 shy of there minimum threshold number. Zero accountability, zero integrity. Zero trust here. These People operate like a mafia.

ADESA Toronto is a great auction with a highly skilled sales team! Their sales team gives 100% when dealing with customers! They place their vehicles in the correct lane with amazing auctioneers in order to have it SOLD! Highly recommend!

Issue with plate not being secured properly after departure inspection

Are we suppose to ''guess'' the damages on the cars offered ? Your pictures are so blurry that you do not see what the arrows are pointing at. Is it a heavy or light scratch ? Dent with or without paint damage. You should consider doing like Manheim, traderev or ALL other Adesa and write down the damages in the condition report. But seeing the other comments I doubt that you will do anything. Such a disappointing place.

Returning calls isn't their strong suit. Decent auction otherwise.

Used to be a great company to do business with but now they have become greedy and start charging for the market guide. HOW can I buy a vehicle pending on a phone call when I have no idea what the current sale prices are? With a phone call sale it is always too much. RIP OFF!

On line buyers be very careful . The listings are very often incorrect in terms of the details and damages. You might get the tires that are 3mm and the listing shows that it is 7mm.
Also, when they call you to ask you for more money, make sure that you are in the office -not on the road. Don't even talk to them if you are driving.

I have never in my life have i seen such unprofessional behavior i am trying to speak to sasha to arrange to get my identification from the vehicle and they keep on answering and hanging up the phone. they put me on hold and are having full conversation in the background and laughing then they hang up.
i ask to speak to the manager they hang up.
this company seems like a scam i will be addressing these issues with the proper authorities there is no way they should be allowed to conduct business in this manner

Auction is great, customer service sucks. Dont bother calling arbitration department. They never answer phones or return calls in timely manner. This makes it difficult for people out of town.
