I can't say enough words to describe the level of service I received from Rupen through the Porsche service department. The level of attention and care is phenomenal. Rupen made the experience easy. He pointed out recommended services and what to keep an eye out for my 911. They don't try to force you into doing unnecessary maintenance like other places might and are extremely knowledgable to extend the life and value of your vehicle. I will say they are super busy, but that isn't a negative because they spend quality time and attention to each service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Highly Recommended!

I'd always had a positive experience at Hendrick Porsche having attended a few of their cars and coffee events. The buying experience was even better. Greg was incredibly responsive to questions and providing all the details on the CPO program. In my opinion, the service department went above and beyond with the certification process. There were four pages of detailed notes on what was covered in the process... I will certainly be using Hendrick's service going forward. And for anyone with well understood Covid19 concerns, it was a clean and safe environment with everyone in masks 100% of the time. I want to share my experience with my recent visit to Hendrick Porsche, I am from NY and was passing through Charlotte back in June 2019, I stopped to look at Porsche s and was very impressed with the dealership especially the sales person Herman Macre. He was very knowledgeable about all the Porsche s and easy to talk too. I purchased a 718 GTS Boxter and throughly enjoyed my experience from the moment I arrived until the moment I left the dealership. Recently, April 2020, I was in my Boxter and had a nail in the rear tire, I was in Pinehurst NC and I called the dealership, spoke to Herman and he had Christopher Cavazos service consultant contact me and we set up an appointment. On my way to the dealership my tire went flat and Christopher went out of his way to pick me up and have my car flat bedded to the dealership. I have been thinking of getting a Porsche SUV, while I was there I talked to Herman and I wound up buying a Porsche Macan S. I spent 2 hours researching different SUV s with Herman and because I trusted his judgement I settled on the Macan. My point is he could have sold me a more expensive car but knew what was right for me. I can honestly say It has been the best experience I ve had buying a car, and the service is outstanding. Everyone I had to deal with was professional, enjoyable and through.

Justin Clark is truly the definition of someone who will go the distance to ensure you have everything you need. He goes above and beyond to offer the best deals, the ideal car for your needs and wants, and works until you are satisfied with your new car. Cannot recommend this guy enough. I have been on the hunt for a Cayman, and I am a very indecisive person, but Justin is very knowledgeable on not only new-gen Porsche, but also classics. We purchased a Porsche from Scott and must say that it was one of the, if not the, best car purchase experiences we've had. I bought a pre-owned Mazda from Hendrick Porsche. Herman was my salesman and he was very friendly, professional, and low-pressure. The rest of the sales process was very smooth and no nonsense. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first Porsche from Hendrick Porsche a White Porsche Macan S. I would have to say that the purchasing experience from Hendrick Porsche was the best I have had in 30 plus years of buying cars. The entire purchase for the most part was conducted via phone or by email up until the day I picked up the vehicle. Purchasing a Car here is actually a pleasure ! Best car purchasing experience ever . No hard sells. Dealership is top notch-- Great Snacks , and events. But most importantly , they treat my son like a superstar . They have allowed him to review very expensive cars , and given him up close and personal attention as well . And he is 12 . Hands down the friendliest dealership I've been to. Walked in for a GT4 and ended up test driving a 997.2 C4S with Steve Mann and was blown away. Steve was super knowledgable about the car despite it being close to 10 years old and had the perfect mix of salesman but never actually pushing me to buy the car. Ended up bargaining for a few things I wasn't expecting to get but was reasonably met in between. Had some scheduling difficulty with work and wasn't able to pick the car up until a week later but was in constant communication with Steve, even when I was freaking out about service maintenance intervals and making sure that they were done on the most expensive car I've purchased to date.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

I want to compliment Hendrick Porsche on their professional organization. I am always excited when I enter the dealership to see the sales staff and view the beautiful inventory they display in their showroom. The salesman have become friends and they always treat me as family. I had a pleasure of working with Mr. Drew Johnson, a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador during my last Porsche sale. Despite not having the car I wanted, Drew was able to find the exact car and have it available for delivery in no time. The whole process was very painless, the response to my my questions was instant and the car delivery process very well organized.

I went to visit the dealership and talked to a salesman about a Porsche 911 GT3. I was greeted by salesman Herman McCrae with a large smile on his face and a firm hand shake. Just picked up a Macan S at Hendricks Porsche Charlotte. I must say it was a really great experience. I had spoken to many Porsche dealers within a 200 mile radius of my home and Hendricks was professional and made the process peaceful and easy. Elliot Hall answered all of my on line questions. Albie Blanco the operations manager, oversaw the entire purchase process and made sure everything went really smooth. Albie is very professional but at the same time very personable. I was greeted with a smile my Herman McCrae who took me for a test drive in my new vehicle. He then went through every detail of the vehicle with me. He was kind, friendly, professional and patient. I do not write reviews. But once every year or so, I am so impressed with customer attention that I feel guilty if I do not let others know. I had service yesterday on my Porsche. I needed to go shopping while service was being performed. I had not reserved a car, so Vince Clapp, Service Consultant, summoned a Premium Lyft to take me to the store. Two hours later and a car load of merchandise, Vince chose to come and pick me up rather than having to load the Lyft with goods and then have to transfer to my car when back at the dealership. During the ride I asked how it was to work for Hendrick Porsche...he was a screaming fan of the company, culture and his fellow employees. It was encouraging to see that customer service & employee satisfaction can co-exist in 2020s. Well done Vince Clapp and the entire Hendrick Porsche team.

I recently purchased a used 911 from Hendrick and Scott Duong. I live in PA and found the car after much online searching. Scott was very responsive from the beginning of my inquiry, to my visit to Hendrick for a test drive, through the negotiation process and the day I picked the car up. One of the most responsive and efficient parts operations we've ever dealt with. Very thankful for their well-trained staff, great attitudes, and great leadership. We order parts every few days and they deliver to our door promptly (our location is close to their dealership). Always accommodating, easy to nail down specifics on parts needed (model related), and a pleasure to do business with for more than 15 years.

My fiance and I had been looking for a 911 (997.2) for months and were waiting for a car that met our spec and when one became available we reached out to Hendrick. We are located in Chicago so we had conduct our deal over the phone and through email but once in contact with Greg Bancroft he made the entire process as easy as buying something on Amazon. Greg walked us through the entire process and help the car for us until we could make it down to Charlotte to pick up the car. We were able to sign all of the docs before arriving so that when we got to Charlotte we were able to enjoy the experience.

Greg made us feel very comfortable with our purchase, ensuring us by sending as many photos as we needed to make such a purchase sight unseen and made sure that we were getting exactly what we thought we were.
