I recently ran into trouble on the road, a flat tire, and called my sales person Steve Mann for help. Instead of simply directing me to the roadside assistance system he took over, made sure I was quickly assisted by a preferred local company and looked after my car while in service. I was home within the hour! This was not my first nor will it be my last Porsche from Hendrick thanks to their sales and service staff!

I want to thank Scott Duong and everyone at Hendrick Porsche for my buying experience. I had a very nice buying experience and I love my new 2013 Boxter S.

The entire process from just looking at cars, then test driving and the eventual purchase a week later went so smooth, I could not have asked for anything better.

Chris Cavazos in Service is great. He always checks when I'm booking some maintenance to see if I need a loaner or a ride. If I need a ride the dealer arranges for a ride service and pays them. They wash my car before giving it back to me and even clean the floor mats when they do. Courteous, communicative, upfront about difficulties and expected later maintenance. Outstanding!

Hendrick Porsche focuses on customer service and relationships first. I've had other brands where the dealership ruins my entire experience with the car anytime they were involved. Hendrick's focus on a premium service/relationship is a top down mandate. They've got people like Scott Duong, in sales, who've been with them for years, is a true car guy. He knows that your enjoyment of their brand and of their dealership demands that he asks the right questions, listens to your comments, and provides guidance to help you find what will give you the best possible experience you can have with your vehicle, be it a Porsche or something else they can help you with.

I had a great experience with Hendrick Porsche, so much so that it has changed my view of dealerships. I dealt primarily with Herman McCrae and Padej Yakamna, and both were fabulous. Herman, who handled the sale, and Padej, who guided me through the paperwork, were unfailingly knowledgeable, responsive, professional, respectful, and patient. Their focus on customer service was impressive. Based on my experience with them, I would, without hesitation, recommend them to family or friends.

We bought a new Porsche from Hendrick Porsche in October. This would be our first Porsche and interaction with a Porsche dealership so we went in with no expectations. The facilities were beautiful. The showroom itself was combination new showroom and Porsche museum. I'll just say, Wow... There were fresh baked pastries from a local bakery, and a video game system for my daughter to entertain herself while we browsed, test drove, etc (Porsche racing game of course with steering wheel and all!). We were greeted by the receptionist immediately who introduced us to Drew Johnson. We know nothing about Porsche and this car was for my wife. Drew worked with my my wife, answered all her questions, treated her respectfully. I know.. it should be like this everywhere but it isn't. So many dealerships, even others we'd gone to that day, continue to talk to me even though it's my wife who is shopping... Drew's professionalism went a long way in both her comfort with her new car and trusting Hendrick Porsche. in the end we got a car we love at a great price. The finance process was great too. It's all electronic on a smart board / tv. The entire experience end to end was perfect.

I was referred to Steve Mann by a friend to help me purchase my first car! Throughout the entire process, I felt like he was upfront and willing to do whatever he could to ensure my satisfaction with this milestone. The car was located in Virginia, but he had it shipped for me and worked out a great deal! Be sure to send your friends to see Steve!

Needed a set of wiper blades for my old beat up 911. Everyone I was in contact with, from the service staff to the parts and sales team were an absolute pleasure.

I worked with Greg Dressel to have a 2017 Boxster S brought in from another Hendrick dealership in Durham NC. He did all the heavy lifting to get it done. All I had to do was show up at the dealership after I was notified the vehicle had arrived. I then test drove the vehicle and decided to buy. Greg then handles all of the preliminary work. I then worked with Padej, the finance manger, to sign all the paperwork. It was all very easy and no pressure. I have great success working with the service department at this location with my Cayenne. The buying experience was just as great.

I really enjoy coming there for my service needs! Their front desk receptionist Whitney is always nice and makes sure I m comfortable during my stay. Great place!!

I just bought a Porsche Panamera and Steve Mann made my purchase the BEST ever. I've dealt with many dealerships Ranger Rover, Escalade and BMW but this dealership tops them all thanks to Steve. He worked with me all day, showed me all the tricks to my car, helped with paperwork, and even called to check up on me after I went off the lot. Some dealers are only nice while you're there but I really felt like Steve actually cared. Thanks So Much Steve! We need more salesmen like him. The entire staff was excellent to me and I truly appreciate it!

I worked with Herman McCrae to order and lease a new 911 Turbo S. The experience throughout the process was seamless and excellent. Herman knows the vehicles extremely well, and was able to answer pretty much any question I threw at him. He continued to keep me updated during the order and build process, and was always happy to field any questions I had. He routinely made time for me if I stopped in unannounced. Overall, Herman did a terrific job and working with him was a pleasure.

I have been a Porsche customer for quite some time. Most recently, my lease was up for renewal. I had lost sight of the deadline, so when I reached out to my salesperson, Greg Dressel, we had to move quickly. Greg, with the support of Albie, was more than willing to fast track the entire process, and this, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Greg did everything possible to make the experience as touchless and accommodating to me and my schedule. And behind the scenes, Albie worked his magic, expeditiously, meticulously, and perfectly.

Greg brought all the paperwork to me. Greg collected the vehicle multiple times, from my residence, returned it, all around my schedule.

I can't recommend Greg and Albie enough! A porsche goes fast, very fast. But, Greg and Albie, jump through hoops, many hoops, and much faster.

On the Porsche USA website it states "A Porsche is more than just a vehicle." I'm going to add that at Hendricks Porsche in Charlotte "Herman McCrae is more than just a salesman!" For Herman it is all about the experience!! From our first interaction to him handing me the key fob Herman is the type of person that gets a lot more done in less time. He is focused on getting mutually beneficial results, is efficient, took initiative, and has a gregarious personality. My visit to Hendricks Porsche in Charlotte was well worth the 450 mile drive to take delivery of my third lifetime Porsche!

These guys are awesome. They went through a 70's targa for me and found everything that maybe a concern. Highly recommend.

This was the best car buying experience that I have EVER had.
I have been dreaming of my first Porsche, and the whole experience has far exceeded my expectations.

First, I want to send accolades to Amy Cook. If not for Amy, I may not have taken action on buying my first Porsche. She followed up with me after my initial visit to the dealership. She listened to my needs and located the exact car that I wanted.

Next up: Herman McCrae was very receptive to how busy I am this time of year. He brought value throughout the entire process. He had the car ready when I arrived, and was able to get me in and out within an 1 hour and a half, including a full tutorial of the car.

And finally: Albie was so great. He was patient with my questions and efficient in getting me thru the paperwork and warranty info.

We recently purchased a pre-owned SUV from Andy Hyman at Hendrick and the experience was fantastic! Every aspect of the purchase was clearly explained and we were advised of many options to be able to make an educated decision and as a consumer I find this very important. I have now bought 3 cars from Hendrick Porsche. From my very first one I bought in 2007 to the one I just bought in 2016, there is nothing like driving a Porsche. I get all of my service done at the dealership and I feel that is why my cars are so well taken care of. From service to sales everyone associated with Hendrick has the attitude that your car is the most important one ever. Greg Dressel was committed to helping me find the perfect car for me. Even when I did not know exactly what I wanted. He was patient and I found my perfect car. Andrew Lowry in service is able to answer all of my questions and never makes me feel that my questions are ridiculous.

In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

We picked up our 2019 certified pre-owned Porsche Cayenne this week. We did the transaction all via phone and picked up the vehicle and were very satisfied.

Elliott Hall did a great job, was very responsive to questions and made the whole experience very easy and satisfying. Padej Yakamna assisted with the financing and paperwork and made it all very easy as well.

This is our second Hendrick Porsche and we are very happy with the transaction.

Recently purchased a 718 Cayman. Greg Dressel was my salesmen and was excellent. Helped me customize the build sheet answering questions about every minor spec to put on the car. Car arrived ahead of schedule and he went above and beyond to make sure I received it the day it arrived. Extremely kind, experienced, and well knowing of the brand.

Although, I didn't purchase my car at Hendrick Porsche, I LOVE going there to get my car serviced because customer service is top notch and they make me feel at home. I highly recommend Hendrick Porsche! Whitney or Dawn always offer snacks, hot/cold drinks and the dealership is very clean. I can also see my car getting serviced while I'm waiting in the lounge area.

He actually had 3 cars waiting for me to drive when I arrived, all of which would have been fine, but rather than try to sell me one that wasn't perfect, he searched the incoming Macans and found the one with every option that I wanted. Most everything was done without me having to sit around the dealership, which I hate to do! He coordinated everything and I can't say enough good things about him. I was shopping online for a 911 and found one that fit my spec at Hendrick. When I called, Greg Bancroft answered the phone and since the beginning of the process answered all questions, produced detailed videos and descriptions since I was buying a car sight unseen. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and is very organized. Communication was always great and that makes the process seamless. I wish he was local to my town and I would easily go back to him even though Hendrick is 700 miles from my home.I would not hesitate to buy a new car or used from Greg in the future. For anyone looking to purchase a Porsche or just wanting to be better informed on these sensational cars, contact Justin Clark at Hendrick Porsche. Last month I visited the dealership and met with Albie Blanco, Operations Manager and Justin Clark, Sales Professional, they couldn't have been nicer and more engaging. The dealership is spotless and the showroom has a beautiful display of new and vintage inventory. Being a car guy, I couldn't help but slow walk the showroom and observe the technicians from the glass walled shop.

This will sound corny, but the sales process, in house finance and customer service was just as transparent as they technicians servicing the cars. I made an appointment to see a Cayenne GTS, upon arrival, it was sitting out front and within 2 minutes Justin had me on a test drive. It's my first Porsche, he thoroughly explained vehicle and more importantly, the Porsche Certification Program. Upon return he reviewed the Car Fax and service history with me, no smoke and mirrors and no surprises.

Yes I bought it, but I was blown away with the lack of pressure or hype as I've experienced so many times before. Safe to say it's my 7th Hendrick purchase in the 10 years I've been in Charlotte and while I've certainly had good experiences in the past, this was by far my best. The icing on the cake was when Justin introduced me to Padej Yakamna, Finance Manager. Padej guaranteed he would find me the best rates and he listened to my preferences in regards to rate and term. He came back with an excellent rate, and I would have moved forward, but he said I have one more bank I'm waiting on for a call back so please be patient. Well that patience paid off, the lender offered a rate nearly 1% lower than the rate I had originally thought was excellent considering the vehicle and term. Padej didn't have to do that, he didn't have to go that extra 10 miles for me, but he did.

My experience at Hendrick Porsche yesterday couldn't have gone better, I took the time to write this review to show my appreciation for Albie, Justin and Padej's commitment to their customers. This time its a Cayenne GTS, but as Justin said its a bridge to a 911 and I just can't argue with that logic.

Great dealership and Shane is an amazing service advisor. Promptly worked to fix my Porsche when it was damaged by another dealership with an improper install of the clutch assembly . I ve never seen a dealer with such a quick turnaround on a major part like that. Had me in and out in no time, with prompt communication. Sales staff was also very respectful as I am younger than most, but certainly a future Porsche customer who will buy cars from this dealership.

Man, what an experience. Justin initially reached out after I inquired about a CPO Macan, it had just gotten there and he was not only very accommodating with answering questions quickly and providing pictures even before it was actually a part of their inventory. They weren t pushy at all and were so relaxed. When I told Justin I was going he personally went and cleaned out the car in the heat to make it look better since it was still going through maintenance. Herman was also such a great sales man and just a great guy, he is very knowledgeable and it shows in his efficiency and professionalism. Out of this world, best dealership experience ever.

I recently purchased the Porsche Panamera e-Hybrid and want to personally thank Herman (Sales Ambassador), Mark (Business Manager) and James (Customer Services Rep.) for giving me the thrill of buying my first Porsche not my last.
My experience of buying a Porsche is levels above all other purchasing experiences. Everyone, to include staff members not working directly with me, was extremely professional and concerned for my personal details/needs and to make sure that I was totally happy with my new Panamera and I am.
The selections and inventory of new/used Porsches were somewhat overwhelming at first but my Sales Ambassador (Herman) got me to my perfect vehicle.
Last, but not least, I want to say that I purchased my dream car and it is a beautiful and awesome vehicle that drives like no other.
