Called the service department to get an estimate on a specific repair. The receptionist was friendly enough but gave me a hard sell about not being able to tell me without bringing in the car for a diagnostic. I was promised a call back 3 hours ago with the info and now they are closed, so I never got the estimate... Frustrated, I called the Lexus in Columbia they pulled the info together in 10 minutes. Guess I know where I ll be taking my business.

They were so helpful in every step of the process. They even think of the little things, like having rental cars on site and washing your car before you pick it up. Of course the repairs were good too. There were a few delays but they were great about calling me and letting me know why. It was a pretty fast turnaround all in all.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Greg Bancroft locating and buying my new car. This can be long and tedious process, but Greg was on the top of everything, very well organized and responsive. We did lot of pre-work through emails and text messages which saved us a lot of time at dealership. We will be back.

Even when an issue popped up after I bought the vehicle, Jay took care of it. He is committed to excellence and he made sure that I got a fair price. I would definitely recommend Jay to all my family and close friends.
Robin in the Service area is great to work with. She is very accessible, and helps you get things scheduled. We had a Recall for a dashboard from Lexus. Took Lexus 3 years to get us in, but Robin and the Hendricks team got us handled. Received a call from Eric there while work was being done that they had looked over our vehicle, and that our tires were out of balance. Agreed for them to fix. He also stated that we had a power steering fluid leak. I asked how much that would cost to fix and he said $1,500+, but could knock 20% off right away. I looked on line and the average price to do that repair is $400 - $700. I told him we would not repair now, but monitor. We have our vehicle serviced regularly where we live. Have never had any mention of this. Hoping there is no real issue and if so will save a lot by not having that repair done there.

I went to this dealership before the Christmas" rush". I know the" rush" because I'am a sales consultant in the charlotte area. I sale cars!! I had the worst experience. I can tell you that I would have been fired on the spot if I were standing around in a circle looking and whispering about who is going to help a customer in the showroom. Yes it happened to a seasoned sales professional , so it will happen to you. I came for the Lexus IS turbo and didn't like it. I was ready to just leave and he asked what speaks to you? From there he took the time to let me wonder and get an idea of what worked best for me.
