Disappointed once again with the whole service ex...

Disappointed once again with the whole service experience . Those that I encountered working in the service department were inattentive and seemed to lack direction and basic communication & customer service skills. I ll definitely be taking my Lexus to another dealership , one that provides a better Customer experience.
