I loved Eddie Hart. He was the best. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure I did not have any questions or concerns before he took my car and when he returned it to me. He, also, arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to spend several hours waiting on my car. In my past experience with loaners, it was a fiasco, the way Eddie handled the process was great and painless.
