Nap is SUPER!!!! We met with him on Saturday, 9/2...

Nap is SUPER!!!! We met with him on Saturday, 9/27/14 and he, without interruption, spent an hour giving us help with the settings in our 2013 Lexus. He is so knowledgable and PATIENT. He never seems bothered by having to repeat things.

The facility at Northlake Lexus is excellent and all employees that we encountered have been very cordial and helpful.

Keep up the good work and NEVER let Nap get away!
