Worst experience ever when buying a car this place made you feel welcome comfortable etc all the perks you could ask for in a salesperson but which was all a cover up to only sell me a lemon which was supposed to be a certified pre-owned vehicle which means it has to be inspected thoroughly which wasn t true or the paperwork didn t match up so a few months in on my purchase which was a 2012 Acura TL AWD & has to turn around and buy a brand new motor so I say that to say this I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

far exceeding my expectations! He was very pleasant, helpful, patient and yet very professional. Customer service at its best! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I would rate my Hendrick encounter a 20! Nap, the technician, who helped me with connecting my phone to Bluetooth and adjusting up my settings in the car etc, was very helpful and also very pleasant. Very exceptional service! I would highly recommend Hendrick and in particular James without any hesitation! And Nap, too! David in the business office was also instrumental in making everything work for me!

The team here is phenomenal! I had Brett help me pick out my car, and I had A TON of questions and he was extremely patient and informative through out the process. Robbie Strickland was the manager the day I was there, and he walked me through all of my financing and helped me get an awesome deal! I highly recommend if you re not looking to get a cheesy car salesman and want to be talked to like an actual person and get a stellar deal!!!

Amazing service both on the phone and in person. I had my car picked up by Hendrick Lexus Northlake for a routine service and was supplied a loaner. The driver who came to pick up my car was on time and in constant communication so I would know an exact arrival time. When my car arrived back at Hendrick Lexus Northlake, I was notified the car was received. I also received a call from my contact, Lucian Dobre, who explained what they were going to do and when I would expect my car back. He was also in constant contact for any issues that arose during the routine service. My car was delivered back to me the same day. Now that's hitting the easy button!

I was car shopping with my 2 toddlers for weeks which you can imagine is a bit challenging and I had been given the runaround by several "reputable" dealerships- many had told me they had cars that they didn't have. I had called Hendrick Lexus Northlake before going in to let them know what my experiences had been with other dealerships and they went out of their way to make sure they gave me a great experience by being honest, efficient, and thorough with every detail about the car I was interested in. I was able to negotiate a great deal and from start to finish was only at the dealership for 2 hours. As I left the General Manager came up to me to ask me if they gave me a better experience than I had called in about several days prior- I was shocked he knew who I was or about that phone call. So far I have been very happy with my car and definitely happy with their service.

I took my car in to get an inspection and my Service Advisor, Josh Dewberry discovered I had 2 recalls for my car that I was unaware existed. He took care of everything and delivered my car to me clean and good to go! He is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy advisor I have ever worked with and the only one I trust to help me make smart decisions regarding my car s upkeep. I had to have some repairs done to my vehicle and when it was returned we still had some questions about a noise the car was making.
I called the service center with my concerns and Mr. David Shepherd went above and beyond my hoped-for expectations to make sure the source of the noise was identified and resolved.
This is my first Lexus, and I had heard great things about the customer care service. Mr. Shepherd proved that all of those great things were true.
He also made sure we had a loaner car throughout the process, and the valet drop off and pick service was very helpful with my schedule. The drivers who dropped off and picked up were very friendly, and showed great care for my car, which I love dearly. I felt confident to release my car to the drivers because of the exceptional care and concern I was receiving with Mr. Shepherd.

This is an unsolicited review of Hendrick Lexus Northlake because it wasn't me who purchased the Lexus RX350 but my daughter. I negotiated the deal as I do for my family. That is 10 new car purchases over the past 10 years.

Today's negotiations was an experience above all the others, even 3 deals of my own over the 10 year period. After doing my research online I called Hendrick Lexus Northlake yesterday evening and negotiated with Cody Goodman an agreeable price that was supported by my research, and made an appointment to meet at the dealership today. The deal was finalized even better than we had discussed.

My final thoughts about Hendrick Lexus Northlake is "They are a class act and a place you can purchase your next Lexus without pressure.

Customer of Hendrick Lexus for 14 years and several different models. Hands down, Hendrick service department is the best I've known and used in decades of driving. Fair, knowledgeable, patient, and excellent quality; I've never felt so well treated every time I've been a service customer. I am a very picky owner and the staff here respects that and goes out of their way to exceed expectations every single time. The service manager is the absolute best and his advisors appreciate him as much as the customers. Great mechanic/technicians, my car is always treated like Lexus wants their cars treated.
Kudos to David Shepherd, Josh, Matt, Lee, and others there who are always like visting family friends; GM Steve Strickland is fortunate to have these folks and all the rest on his team. We customers really know quality service for quality cars; the personnel is a terrific bonus.
Customer for life!
You can't go wrong getting service here; any issue at all is taken seriously and resolved and issues are very rare. Love this place!

This was the first time bringing my vehicle in for service, I was promptly greeted. My issues and concerns were quickly handled by Matt Dubin he was awesome throughout the whole process, explained everything well and kept me updated on the process. The dealership has a phenomenal waiting area very comfortable chairs and free refreshments ranging from snacks to soda to breakfast sandwiches and awesome coffee machine. They also have fast Wifi and a free shuttle to mall. I was very impressed by the amenities but more impressed by Matt s professional customer service. This was truly an exceptional experience and I m actually excited to return here for service in the future. I highly recommend this dealership can t say enough good things.

Best customer service in the world! David greeted me at the door with a sincere smile and good afternoon. I drove an hour and 20 minutes and it was well worth the total experience. When making a landmark purchase you have to LOVE the car. David took the time to listen and put me in everything I asked for. Hussain sealed the royal experience with making sure I understood every technology piece of my RX350 Sport. I will be recommending all my Clients and staff to David, Hussain and Orlando.

The Service Representative, Lucian Dobre, was excellent and would rate a 5 star for his help during this visit. Why I have given 3 stars instead is for the issue that brought me to the service department in the first place. I received a call from either a Hendrick or Lexus representative stating that I had open recall notifications on my car. I made the appointment, only to learn upon arrival that the information was incorrect. I wasted time and gas to go to a service appointment that should never have been set. My Dobre was very conciliatory and explained that the CSR probably pulled my older vehicle's (which was totaled in an accident) information.

I am shocked by how much better of a buying experience this was than expected. Andrew Duncan genuinely cared about helping us to find the right car, and the right deal to leave us comfortable making a purchase of this size. He asked the right questions to determine which car was the perfect fit (not just to find a way to sell ). Throughout the process he took the genuine care to assure we were comfortable and happy with the deal and car, then went above and beyond to assure the black paint on a used black GS was FLAWLESS before we took delivery. There were no gimmicks, sales psychology or hard-ball tactics. Just a flawless and comfortable experience from start to finish. Jeff from the finance team was great as well.

I highly recommend working with Andrew if you are even remotely considering buying a car - he was honest, a great communicator, and showed a genuine interest in our satisfaction. I am thrilled with the vehicle, but utterly impressed by the buying experience with Andrew and Northlake Lexus. I took my "new-to-me" RX350 in for its 1st scheduled service. The experience with Hendrick Lexus North was positive from scheduling through the exit door. All staff that I encountered were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They had the information on my car at their fingertips and answered queries quickly. They made all efforts to see that the wait time was comfortable. I do believe this dealership has broken the code for great customer service.

The absolute BEST car buying experience EVER!! Every single person from the moment I walked in was so friendly and accommodating. I was there with my son to buy his first car. He was very nervous and our sales specialist knew that and he really worked hard to explain things in great detail while also incorporating some fun into the experience! It was great!! Sharif Labib was an amazing sales professional. Ask for him and you will be glad you did!! He was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard to get us the very best rate and terms. A silver warranty means nothing when you have a maintenance required light ... vehicle was used but less than 90 days purchased I was told I d have to pay over 1200 bucks for a tune up when you could get your uncle to change spark plugs for 200 bucks ... not happy with my warranty because of course when I was purchasing I was told everything was covered bumper to bumper , didn t know the car has to break down while I m driving before the maintenance light could be addressed. Staff was polite about it but not helpful

I have been servicing my RX330 from Hendrick Lexus...

I have been servicing my RX330 from Hendrick Lexus Northlake for the past 4 years. Hands down, the top in customer service with both sales and in service. We have purchased 3 vehicles over 4.5 years. Our most recent purchase was with Sherif Labib. He is honest and trustworthy. When deciding between terms, he gave us advice on the agreement that would be best for us in the long run and not what would make him the most money. He also does the financing as well, so the whole purchase process only took about an hour and a half. The service appointments are easy to make. They offer a lot of amenities like a shuttle to the mall but most of time the service is so efficient and the waiting area so comfortable, it s honestly nice to just sit and wait for the appointment. I normally use Josh Dewberry as my service advisor, but everyone I have worked with in the past has been equally helpful and friendly. I prefer Josh because we share the same hairstyle. Thank you Hendrick Lexus Northlake for being an example of superior service. I recommend everyone I know to service and shop at this dealership!

Very disappointing...I would give them zero stars ...

Very disappointing...I would give them zero stars if I could! Purchase experience here was very good thanks to a great salesman but EVERYTHING since has been a HUGE disappointment. The Service Department has no understanding of what the word service means. When you come in for an appointment it takes way longer than scheduled (for example - at one appointment it took over an hour after my appointment time before I even talked to the service technician and they even started on the car). You schedule an appointment (days in advance) and when you get there they'll tell you we'll have you out of here real quick in an hour and a half or two hours (in what world is that real quick?). They constantly go back on their "promises" and their word." They promise you if you buy from them they will give you a loaner car but then refuse to provide one. They promise free car washes for life when you buy a car. Then they end that. When you question them about their poor service and their broken promises they don't care. The only thing they care about is trying to up sell service and maintenance that you don't need.They are the typical big dealer / big business who doesn't give a crap about their customer. I won't be back to Hendrick Lexus Northlake for service or to ever purchase another car. In fact, based on the continued horrible experiences here I will never do business of any good with any Hendrick dealership. Thank God I did not purchase a service plan through them.

This is a great dealership! I bought my vehicle here and they stayed late to accommodate my family and I. We have 2 small kids and Mark treated us like we had been friends for years. I recently went in for my first service visit and Josh Dewberry was my service guy. He got me straight in, took all my concerns and had me on the road in loaner. They addressed my concerns and even rode with me to make sure it was all fixed correctly. The service dept. here has a diagnostic specialist to ensure the problems (rattle) are fixed right the first time. I look forward to my next visit.

As always, excellent service and friendly/helpful staff! Josh Dewberry is always helpful and accomodating. I have owned a Lexus since 1993 because Hendrick Lexus is a step above in service, client interaction and follow up. I like the video they send while your car is on the lift and audio of what they are checking on the car. Excellent communication with customer.
