We drove two hours in heavy traffic to see a BMW this afternoon. We had emails and conversations with staff telling us the car was available and made an appointment to see it today. Once we arrived we were told the car was not there but at another dealer in KANSAS CITY!!!!! Can't begin to tell of our disappointment and anger. Then we were asked if we wanted to see other cars. Bait and switch. No I don't want to look at your other cars nor will I ever do business with you. Beware to future buyers! One star is too generous a rating!

Went in to look at a BMW Certified used 430xi, what the h3ll?? This completely ruined what BMW Certified means to me. It means nothing, the car had scratches and chips in the paint, the leather seats were starting to stretch out and one of the switches in the center console was falling off. The car had a basic wash that looked like my grand daughter cleaned it not a car dealership trying to sell a car. If you are selling a car and certifying it I expect it to be in top notch condition and have nothing wrong. This is obviously not the case for Hendrick BMW of Charlotte. The one positive, and only reason I gave them more than one star was the salesman that helped who was very nice and friendly.

My experience with Hendrick BMW Charlotte has been exceptional from the first time coming into the dealership to my most recent service appointment. Each employee I have interacted with has been friendly, thoughtful and willing to assist in any way possible even if it was not in their department. When I came into Hendrick BMW to look for a new vehicle I was stressed trying to make sure I could find a car that checked all my boxes but was within my budget. Marlon Perez was fantastic! He sat down with me to identify what I needed while adhering to my budget. I never got the feeling that I was being "sold", which is rare when searching for a new car. I felt completely comfortable and not pressured throughout the entire process. I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours with a new car!! After the sell 10 months later he still checks in to make sure that I am satisfied with my vehicle, and never hesitates to ask if there is anything else they can do to better my experience. I just wanted to drop a note and thank you and Hendrick for an awesome event last night. We have a 2006 750 that we bought from Hendrick in 2009 and we have a 2012 Lexus CT200 that we bought from Hendrick this past spring. You can count us as very satisfied customers and I will certainly be in touch with Hendrick the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Have used Hendrick BMW in Charlotte for my last two leased cars, though I live near Raleigh, because the experience is so much better than I've had at other dealerships! I particularly want to give kudos to Eduardo Reyna who set up the sound system perfectly and explained all the nuances of my new X5. Also have to thank Michael Dickerson for a great deal and Michael Fargas for relatively painless financing and quick paperwork. Great job to all!

Jean Paul (JP) always provides outstanding service! Arrived for my appointment and was met immediately. Car was serviced and on my way 1 1 1/2 hours later.

I had an appointment with Rares Golea, very nice and knowledgable advisor, he made it very simple and fast. Helped me to get my oil change and service done. Polite, friendly and welcoming advisor. Would definitely suggest to work with him. He went above and beyond to get my car cleaned and washed as well. Great environment and very clean dealership. Love the accessories they have and amazing coffee!

My fourth experience and it only gets better. Great sales experience with Chris Rose and of course, manager Matt Niess. Looking forward to enjoying my new 5 series.

Our salesman Tasso Marros was very accommodating and down to earth, coming from Delaware to pick up an X5 that we found and liked, he had everything ready for us. He thoroughly explained everything about the vehicle. We we're very impressed with the dealership, I would highly recommend anybody to Tasso and Hendricks BMW.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Hendrick BMW. My husband and I had no plans of leaving the dealership with a car that day - but we did. The BMW experience is top notch. Our salesman, Ben Parker, was more than willing to show us vehicles even knowing we weren't planning on purchasing. We went to another dealership prior and the second the man knew we weren't planning on purchasing that day, he was a bump on a log and barely spoke to us. We felt like we were a burden. Ben was the opposite...super willing and so passionate about his job and the vehicles on the lot. When my husband and I found out he was fairly new to the dealership, we were shocked. He carried himself like a veteran. Hendrick has a star employee with Ben!

Melissa, the BMW genius, was at my home this morning to go over the questions I'd accumulated over the past week with my new car...and to show me a few tricks and settings I wasn't aware of. She couldn't have been sweeter and I was completely blown away by how quickly she could navigate through my vehicle's settings. She was fantastic!
