My experience with Hendrick BMW Charlotte has been exceptional from the first time coming into the dealership to my most recent service appointment. Each employee I have interacted with has been friendly, thoughtful and willing to assist in any way possible even if it was not in their department. When I came into Hendrick BMW to look for a new vehicle I was stressed trying to make sure I could find a car that checked all my boxes but was within my budget. Marlon Perez was fantastic! He sat down with me to identify what I needed while adhering to my budget. I never got the feeling that I was being "sold", which is rare when searching for a new car. I felt completely comfortable and not pressured throughout the entire process. I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours with a new car!! After the sell 10 months later he still checks in to make sure that I am satisfied with my vehicle, and never hesitates to ask if there is anything else they can do to better my experience. I HIGHLY recommend visiting Marlon at Hendrick BMW!!
