Beautiful place but could be run better. Started off very well but service quality for stay-in guests has been diluted. Butler service and overall response is wanting. Visit for the sheer beauty of the place but have little expectation on service.

This hotel is located in Karen area facing Ngong hills. Beautiful place with great ambience. You will relax to the sound of chirping birds and man made water fountain. This is a very good place to stay or to just do visit for your lunch or dinner. Good place to stress relief.

This is a beautiful place and the rooms are fantastic. The food was great and the service was as good as it gets. Being in the city it is amazing to have a beautiful garden area to walk around in and there are some great views from the second level of the dining hall.

Honestly its overrated. The staff are cold and service is basic. Nothing to write home about. The security at the gate does not have time to greet you and the go straight to check your vehicle.. it's like a military camp. The people you meet at the reception won't greet you unless you greet them first. Will obviously comeback because of the ambience and food but not service .

Very serene and quiet. The food was excellent food. A member of the Kardashoan family (cannot remember which one) stayed here last year. Not for folks with "shallow pockets" though.
