Can't get through to talk to anyone..waited on hold for almost 3hrs then gets cut off. They are shorting checks over and over and don't care about fixing it. Highly disorganized
They never answer their phones. I waited for a representative for almost 3 hrs. It kept saying you are #6 in line! When I had first called, I was 12th in line. They don't let you know if the clients authorization is expired so you don't get paid for months after they authorized it. They have not paid me for so many other hours. I signed up for an appointment online, they never called me. After 40 min, someone Sent an email saying that person had an emergency and that she was going to call tomorrow, but never did. Am so tired of them. My clients will change them to another agency soon.
I have a Son with Special Needs and I have utilized Helping Restore Ability for over 4 years now. I need HRA's services, for payroll and processing of the many Attendants that I have to utilize for his care. HRA and the entire team have been very responsive to my needs, including during COVID. It's not easy to be responsive during these times, as many have to work from home, yet I have always found them to be just an email or follow-up phone call away. I have also had the opportunity to recommend other parents of Special Needs children and young adults to HRA and every one has thanked me for the introduction. I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing Helping Restore Ability if in need of these services.
READ THIS REVIEW!!!! If HRA has been recommended to you for CDS or any other service, run the other way. They will not train you for EVV system, they will short your employees on their pay, they will never answer an email or the phone. If you do get some one they are either rude or just hang up.
Let me repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING
They continually have poor communication! I ve received my paycheck through them for 11 yrs and they have always screwed it up occasionally but now it is all the time!!!!!! I have never experience such unprofessional and lack of communication in a home health care company!!

I have had one of the WORST experiences of my entire life working with this company, A company of people who says what they do for you but do not deliver. I wish that before I chose this company to serve my beautiful daughter I would have read the reviews. I have continually called / emailed and ITS always something wrong. A few people Rilla whoever she is was not just rude she still refused to answer my question! after I contacted Metrocare. was when I got an email that was very demeaning in its delivery! I contacted someone today about this experience as well as looking for another provider . Please look at the reviews! We should not feel no negative type of feelings continually with someone they employ! Dealing with a pandemic is enough not to add extra
I have sent so many emails and my son's personal attendant has not been paid in over a month! I do not understand what is going on! This has caused me to miss work unnecessarily! It's not fair to ask someone to come in, when pay period after, pay period the person is not being paid! If it's something that I need to do, at least respond and tell me what it is!!!!!!!!!
