They never answer their phones. I waited for a representative for almost 3 hrs. It kept saying you are #6 in line! When I had first called, I was 12th in line. They don't let you know if the clients authorization is expired so you don't get paid for months after they authorized it. They have not paid me for so many
other hours. I signed up for an appointment online, they never called me. After 40 min, someone Sent an email saying that person had an emergency and that she was going to call tomorrow, but never did. Am so tired of them. My clients will change them to another agency soon.
