I have had a very bad experience with this organization.
Whenever emergency cab is called from this organization arrives in 2 hours .
Service is very very very very bad and they not give any feedback about dog .
Whenever i sends injured dog, even on a minor injury they say that he has died and no one even gives answers how he died .
Good but don't call in case of cow ..contact Nagar Nigam for that..
I am a tourist at Jaipur. There were few street puppies near my homestay and among them one puppy s leg was fractured and injured. It was crying in pain. We tried providing cerelac, baby food to the puppy but it was not eating properly due to pain. Then, we approached Help in Suffering . They were so kind enough and asked us to get the puppy to their centre. And then we met the doctor, he gave an injection to the puppy and asked us to drop the puppy in their rescue centre for the further treatment.
Thank you so so much for the immediate response and saving puppy s life.
It is a NGO which takes care of street animals at zero cost. You just need a call to them and they will come to save the animals life. you can also adopt animals . Also they accept donations.
Really a place where they serve the animals with immense love and care.

When a street dog at my home was very badly injured we sent him there then they denined us then we requested them a lot then they said if we had time we will come ...........
Then after 2 months we went to take the dog because my son loves that dog then they said us that the dog has escaped then we asked them for finding him as that is there responsibility then they said we can't do anything about it.

These people are hopeless.There was a dog injured by a car in the middle of the road but the dog was still responding.I called these people and they were not taking it seriously at all and later when I insisted that the dog was in so delicate condition they gave me a number to call on.When I called them they were similarly asking me to call them back.They didn t show up only.Such careless attitude of such institutions are pathetic and hopeless.
And this is not the first time that these people haven t show up!
The social media rating just not justifies their pathetic work!
The only NGO in Jaipur to help animals. They treat almost very animal they can. They now have a small dispensary with 3-4 doctors and they charge very nominal fees for personal pet else the treat is completely free for street animals. They also pick dogs in emergency cases. And if you want to donate clothes or medicine for animals you can share with them
A great NGO....awesome experience...they are doing very great work sincerly for gully's suffering dogs...
there are lot of other NGO's but not working properly even not provide rescue services for animals.......keep it up....
Help in suffering is A veterinary hospital providing health care for pets and stray animals. It's run NY an NGO.

Very bad experience. I had visited there to check for a street cat and experience was not great. I found one cat is dead over there and no one is even concerned for the same. There was a dead cat with other injured cats, this highlights the irresponsiblity of staff and doctors working there. Management should take some strict action and should ensure hygiene factors are taken care of properly. Staff is also not cooperative and helpful.

I raised 7 puppies. All were super healthy and beautiful. Extremely huge and cute for indies their age. Such that all of them were adopted. But one wasnt. Fate had it she was later hit by a motorcycle. She couldnt walk. But she was alive for 3 days before i took her to HIS who then killed her. Thats right. I took her to HIS and was given a lodging number. I repeat she had already survived the accident left untreated for 3 days. She could have lived. I kept enquiring on phone about her with the rnumber given to me for months and months together but they all avoided telling me anything. They didnt bother calling when she died. No reasons how she died. Did you even try to fix prosthetic? Was it a fracture? How did she die when she was alive 3 days without you? I should have known when they avoided and resisted admitting her saying "anaesthesia se hi mar jaayega yeh toh". Damn you guys. I wonder the survival rate in accident met puppies treated at HIS. Anyone wanting proof of their conduct must contact me. I insist.
Great Place ! They care of the animals very nicely!!
This is NGO was not at all helpful. Called them up so many times to help out with an injured bird but they couldn t do a thing. Instead of helping the bird they wasted my time by not coming up with a solution. So disappointed. One should not get involved with NGO work if they can t uphold with basic principles of an NGO.

You guys are really awesome. I know you from a very long time. When I called you first time it was 2008 or 2007 you helped in saving injured cat. Your staff is kind and helping. One of the best doctors you have. Stray dog I sent you two times you returend it after getting him fit. I want to appeal people to donate whatever they want to either food or monitary. You guys deserve this.

Based of the fact that the Org. Is NGO based, you simply cannot expect 5star service from the org. But overall, great initiative by the people, free service 24*7 (literally) for pets and a very reliable place for animals as compared to govt. Hospitals..

They are very cooperative and they adopted a dalmatian dog I found on the street.
Staff very rude.Seems to be not interested in work but just doing it because they are paid for it.I am sure they are not people who love animals;doing it for benefits only.
