This is all in my opinion. The pay is good, the hours are great, but the management isn't. The upper people will stress out the shift leaders and then the shift leaders will stress you out. There is one shift leader that will be in a bad mood and cause you stress for seemingly no reason or for the smallest reason. Quotas can also be stressful and annoying to meet at times and depending on who you are can be unrealistic to meet and they have to be met.

Don't go there about lunch time. You be waiting untill there done with lunch be for they unload you

From step one of designing, it was clear this company has years of experience. A couple emails back and fourth and we had a finished product.
