About four weeks ago ordered an article that was not delivered. After some email back and forth asked for a refund. After this was promised to send some e-mails because that also did not work at first. Didn't receive an article, but fortunately received money back. Too bad that the only positive review is from the one I have been emailing endlessly .......

Ordered and paid for an item on August 12, the same that received a message that the item is no longer in stock and the money will be refunded ... so far (August 19) no money back has been received. Also the lady at the office will not promise me by phone when I would get my money back .... EDIT: money has been refunded in the meantime, so a star on top.
First off, this place isn't near anything. I biked 45 minutes to get here and when I arrived, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I came this all this way to Hedera because I had a problem with my MacBook. I walk into the building and the lady I encountered first seemed like she was scared, had no idea what I was doing and was all around rude. Then she told me that her co worker who fixes computers would be right up. When this guy gets to the front, he opens a new tab on my internet browser, barely even looks at the computer itself and tells me that he can't help me. Then I ask 'why' and he just tells me that I have to go somewhere else that's another 30 minutes in the opposite direction from where I'm going.
I try to get more clarification from him and he tells me that they don't repair computers, they only sell them (even though I could see the repair stations in the back). Since my Mac is older, I was open to buying a new computer. When I asked if I could see what inventory they had, here literally walked in a backroom door and back out, I kid you not, 3 seconds later and told me that they had no computers!!! They are an Apple Authorized Reseller!!! They even say that they repair computers on their site!! And the first lady I talked to said the repair guy would be right out!!! I can't help but laugh about it now.
If anyone at @appelinc #macbookpro @appel #appel or anything sees this, please reevaluate what business you're authorizing as a partner. This was poor/racist service and I can't believe that people like that are able to "do business," especially in this part of the Netherlands.

Their ONLY saving grace is that they have a very nice facility.
Been doing business with Hedera for over 2 years now, good experience with them. they offer onsite repairs for Apple iPhone's which is very convenient for businesses, good offers on new iPhones too compared to any shop, even better offers than from Apple directly.
Claims in June that nothing is wrong with the company. However, previously ordered goods will not be delivered. No money back or replacement of ordered goods. If you request your money back, you are suddenly referred to a trustee and you fall under a previous bankruptcy (so it didn't go that well according to the misleading newsletter) In other words; go bankrupt and (private) customers take money and continue happily. Do not order too quickly, because you will lose money before you know it.
