Very good experience here and it was my first visit, Adam was great he came in early on a sat to get my trailer and paper work done so I would not miss my appointments I had later that day. There prices were great much better then down here in SLC and well worth the drive.

Searched all over for a jumping jack and mountain west came through. Adam found me a trailer right away and I was heading home with a jumping jack within a week. This place was incredibly friendly and helpful, not too mention the fact that they stock a wide variety of parts, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Labor Day weekend of course, the world is a mad house as everyone is coming and going somewhere to celebrate the last hurrah of summer. I manage to break a leaf spring on my pop-up. Luckily I McGyver it enough to get it to our campsite, but now I've got to find parts. The dealer where I purchased the trailer is of absolutely ZERO use. I won't mention Ray Citte by name, but they can't even tell me anything about the part, they don't have one in stock, but if I bring it in, they will manufacture one for me on the spot. I keep looking for someone a little closer to my location. I hear about Mountain West Trailers, and Heber isn't too far down the road, so I head over there.
The clerk was very helpful. I'm not a genius. 85% of my limited leaf spring knowledge was gleaned from 10 minutes of reading and re-reading the manuals for my camper and axle assembly. I knew just enough to know that the guy behind the counter knew way more than I did, and he quickly showed me exactly what I needed. He was absolutely right, and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost.

Pros: Friendly service
Cons: I have had numerous problems with my two new Iron Bull trailers. Dump trailer: Back doors fell off driving down the road and I had to pay for a new and better latching system and re-installation of the damaged doors. Flatbed trailer: poor welds caused metal to bend into the tire and puncture it. Dump trailer: was hooked up to my truck by the service department, but they did not slide the collar over to lock it onto the hitch. Result: trailer fell off the hitch on US 40 and dragged on the road before slamming into my hitch. I've also brought in my trailers numerous times for the same problem, pay money, and the problem isn't solved. Some of these problems should be easy. For instance, the battery on the dump trailer wasn't charging and they couldn't figure it out. C'mon guys. Get it together.

I had an excellent experience at Mountain West Trailers. I had the opportunity to work with Michael and Chad on purchasing my trailer. Every step of the process was easy and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, or pressured in any way. Their prices were very competitive with other dealers I looked at but the customer service was far above the rest. I will definitely be making future purchases from these guys and I strongly recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

Had a friend recommend mountain west trailers, he has about 6 of these same trailers. Went over there and was blown away by the service and the overall experience. Fast, great prices and the most insane trailer warranty I have ever heard of...3yrs on an equipment trailer that gets beat up everyday?!?!? Amazing. Also 1yr road side assist. Crazy good. Super excited to put the trailer to work every day. Will shop here again for sure.

Good place to stop if you need a part for your trailer

Mountain West Trailers in Heber City is a great place to buy a trailer. Chad was very helpful, respectful, and easy to work with. He got us just the trailer we needed for a great price and worked within our time constraints. We felt that he was more than fair and will recommend Mountain West Trailers to anyone.

We live in Pleasant Grove and gladly drove over 30 minutes to get our trailer from here. We checked out a trailer dealer in American Fork, and 2 others up in the Salt Lake area and they either were rude to us or didn't have what we needed in stock. After calling Mountain West Trailers, they not only had the best pricing, but they had the model, color, and size we were looking for already pulled out and waiting for us. Love the customer service! Won't bother going anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much!

I had bought a gooseneck trailer in November and a enclosed snowmobile trailer in February, delt with Michael both times very easy to work with, will go back for future trailer purchases.

I ve never bought a trailer here, but I have had their help purchasing accessories and replacements for my RV. They have at least one of everything it seems. I d bet my my arm if they didn t have it they would gladly figure out how to get quickly or point you somewhere else better to help you.
