Very nice people and quick loads wish all of the shippers were like this company
I was checked in and loaded then checked out and on my way in 35 minutes
Whoever said this place is fast and the people are friendly must not be at the same place I am as I have found neither to be true. Hope I never have to come back. Appointment was 50 minutes ago and I'm not even in the door yet...they said the 2 other trucks that have been in the doors for over 3 hours have to be loaded before they can start on mine. Ugh. Going to bed, clock out of time.
This producer is a disgrace to California dairy products. Despite what you see on their website, they mostly produce industrial, mass market cheese available (unfortunately) at Grocery Outlet and Costco Business Centers under the Cascade Dairy brand. No matter what the style, they all taste pretty much the same from 'cheddar' to 'swiss'. No character or intense flavor whatsoever. Perfectly good milk is being wasted!

This is a place full of nice people. Great food in bulk. And that jesus is sexy...um
I am a truck driver. I showed up 3 hours before my app-time. All staff were very nice and friendly unloaded me in 25 minutes.They did not make me till my app-time. Even if they had me to wait till my appmt I would still gave them 5*. Ron in the recieving department (meybe the manager) was very nice and helpful. Good job people.
I love it. I haul milk for a living and that doesn't make me decide anything different than it's just a great tasting cheese. Keep it up Pacific Cheese. I'm eating some Gouda cheese right now. It tastes wonderful. It says Select Farms on the label. That's fine with me. I Love it
Great managers at this place, I use to open the block cheese and place on belt. Love this managers. Really rare for me to say that, after bad experiences at other places.
My appointment to pick up a load here was at 1 PM and I checked in around 12 o'clock they give me till 12:30 PM and I was already out here by 1:30 PM . This is my first time and it seems like a very friendly staff .
Great cheese. Awesome place. Never had a issue. Staff are very nice.
