We're absolutely ecstatic with our experience with Mountain West Trailers! Chad was an absolute delight when it came to helping us decide what JumpingJack was going to be best for our family. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process of ordering, and letting us know what to expect to plan our pick up. Even though they never said anything, I'm pretty sure he went out of his way to hang around and spend almost 2 hours letting us inspect every square inch of it when we picked it up, when he had an outdoor show to be at. Totally professional, and yet you felt like you were buying from family! I couldn't be happier with our experience, and the memories we can expect from our new purchase!
