Clean well organized, but as I wrote in other hotels in England where I stayed. Very poor quality food. Today at Breakfast I received France Croasant with Ham Sangwice. Although I have been working in international cuisine for over 30 years, I have not encountered such a combination. INTERESTING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Older, more classical Marriott experience, dated but not stale. Convenient to Heathrow and western suburbs (but not central London, so be aware). Large property, layout can be confusing but services are up to high Marriott standards.

Arriving from France yesterday afternoon(14th july) we realised there had been a misunderstanding with our booking we had done online and with our points bonvoy and as we had our siberian husky with us we were told of your No dog policy. The concierge who i didnt get his name and a French employee named Gwen were absolutely charming and very kind and efficient sorting out our problem and getting us into the shearington hotel nearby. I hope you can give them both a big pat on the shoulder for their excellent costomer service.
Mr and Mrs Christian Tricoche and their dog Laska the husky.

Room and bathroom very clean. Very functional. Breakfast incredibly diverse and rich. Staff very helpful and helping. However hotel with the old-fashioned decoration can undoubtedly rejuvenate the decoration to gain a touch of modernity.

Small rooms and a stingy management. I have been to better Marriotts.

I am staying since more than 15 days while I write this review another 15 to go. I will update this review as I keep experiencing stuff.

Staff won't pick up laundry from the room, you must deposit at the reception!! Felt wierd carrying laundry to the reception.. Couple of my underwears fell on to reception counter and the lady was picking it up.. Completely awkward situation

The housekeeping forgets to clear up empty jugs of water?

Restaurant menu is awfully short. Good options on breakfast fast especially even the glutten free variants. Lunch and diner is horribly short of options especially for longer stays.

On the upside the staff is very good and positive willingness to help is seen. But it seems they are also bound by management and hence their hands are tied.

Rooms are kept clean, the staff is friendly, great place to workout the gym is pretty large and it has all machines and a nice indoor swimming pool. If your are staying by the airport great location for a quick recharge.

Very nice Hotel,

Very nice Hotel,
High service level, clean and service level is high,
A bit old which give it a kind of magic,
I've picked it due to the location and brand, am very happy with my choice and I'll be back when I'll revisit this area.

A little dated but still a nice hotel with decent facilities (executive suite, conference rooms and health club). Staff were very helpful and friendly. A good stay at a reasonable price but admittedly it's a struggle to get to the airport in timely manner for a flight.

Alright, so if you take bus number 81 (Slough) according to Google maps you should get off buss stop called *the toby* be aware that tfl made a mistake, bus 81 doesn't go to any bus stop named *The Toby* its "Ditton Park Road" it comes after "High street Langley" after "Sutton Lane"

I have never been disappointed with Google Maps until now, after becoming Lost. This has little to do with this Amazing Hotel though but yet not all people come with cars. Guess Maps isnt 100% Trustworthy after all

Easy access with good parking when going away in holiday from T5. Helpful cheerful staff. Breakfast OK rather than great. All components for cooked breakfast were a bit tired. Good bread but coffee lacking in flavour and No Darjeeling tea! Considering how many people from India were there as guests and staff this was crazy not to serve Darjeeling tea.

Not a bad hotel, I was a member of the gym, I have just cancelled this due to bad behaviours allowed by management. I use to come from a distance to use. Other hotels around this area have managed their hotels gyms better. Cost cutting is also bringing the standards down. Sorry.

Beautiful hotel. You can tell it's old but they try to take care of it. (No funky smell ) the gym is larger than most and works for a real workout. Looked like they had swim lessons too! The tea selection is wonderful.

Nice hotel next to airport. Helpful personnel, comfortable and tidy rooms, nice breakfast and good room service. In 5 min walk you can find little shop for food or supermarket in 20 min walking way

Good stopover hotel for flights. Great buffet breakfast with lots of variety included. Room was spacious and airy, clean and all the usual mod cons. Great Chinese takeaway just down the road, or eat in the hotel is an option.

So I can't tell you much about the hotel bit itself appart from the fact that the reception staff is very friendly. I only use the gym part of it as my company has a deal with them. The Gym is awesome, very clean and with very modern equipment. Clean locket rooms with everything you need AND individual showers. The gym is 10/10 for sure and I love using it.

On a weekend trip to London we stayed at this hotel. Our room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal were both very good and the staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly.

I booked a room via a 3rd party website, when I arrived to the hotel the reservation wasn't available but staff was AMAZING. They tried to contact the external website, offered me a drink, let me have dinner at the bar whilst waiting when finally they came up with a solution.
