This is a well maintained community, with staff that are attentive and caring with their residents. The dining experience is exceptional, with food that tastes and looks like it is served from the kitchen of a fine restaurant. This is my opinion and observation, you need to tour the facility yourself and see firsthand! It will not disappoint.
I have to give credit where its due, when i walked in the door of this place it felt so warm and comfortable ,the receptionist lady was very polite, and the place was very bright and clean .people spoke to me and smiled management was kind ,residents seemed happy , no complaints from me. I recommend this place if ur looking for work.
My mother is in her 90s now and this retirement home is perfect for her. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are very cozy. The fields are a joy to walk in and my mother really likes it when I take her around. While it hurts when I have to leaver her, I'm confident in the establishment to provide the best care for my mother in her time of need. I 100 percent recommend this place!
Nice quiet location. Very friendly and patient staff members. Numerous activities and games. A plethora of food choices. I had a great experience touring the community.
I attended the Holiday party and was extremely impressed. The attention to detail was amazing. A string quartet, ice sculpture with shrimp cocktail, drinks and lots of love all around. The environment is always so warm and caring. If the need is there i would highly recomend this community
I was there the other day and saw the renovations they are doing on the 2nd and 3rd floor. They look so nice and I am sure they will be great when they are finished.
Awesome nursing staff. Administrator is very helpful. Love the food. Life enrichment arranges wonderful outings and events. Smiling faces.

Heatherwood is a thriving community! When you enter you feel so welcome by the concierge and the active residents!! The Director of Nursing and caregivers are visible, approachable and always helpful. The food is great too! Alissa, from Sales and Marketing has a strong knowledge in the Senior Industry and about Heatherwood. She is also very organized when hosting professional groups. Thanks for the expanded parking lot!! Makes visiting easier!
