The entire staff was pleasant and friendly. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He did not pressure me to buy but gave me the pluses of each model. I would highly recommend Hearing AIDS Plus.

I was impressed with the staff and friendliness and professionalism. It was a little frustrating to be almost exclusively shown the better hearing aids than my insurance would substantially cover. HOWEVER, when it became clear that I could buy the same brand of hearing aids in another country (where we work) at a much lower cost, I was over-the-top impressed with their good attitude and continued helpfulness - even knowing I would not be buying hearing aids in their store.

I was shocked today when I received their direct mail promotion trying to generate business by giving people an "exemption card" to avoid the face mask mandate! This mailer didn't tell me how excellent their products are, or how low their prices are, or how great their service is. Nope. It's entire emphasis seemed to be on how to get out of wearing a mask during a pandemic. It came complete with a quiz and at the end says, "Each participant who qualifies will receive a FREE laminated face covering exemption card, a pack of facemasks, hand sanitizer ..." Shame on you Hearing Aids Plus, USA. I will not be doing business with you and I believe this is an egregious marketing campaign.

I brought my mother to hearing aids plus , For a Hearing test. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful! Prevent to many places in the past. But here we felt like she was treated like a person and not a number. We can't see ourselves going anywhere else in the future!
