Priority is given to the smooth running of the reception service and to customer satisfaction, to the detriment of the well-being of employees, their physical and moral health (ban on wearing ballerinas despite bloody feet, days without a break , on-site harassment situations ignored so as not to compromise the customer relationship ... so on and the best). This same person does not hesitate to put pressure on the employees so that they make themselves available at short notice to make up for an absence. No consideration is given to teams which are only means to achieve an end: the success of the service. The high turnover speaks for itself. I was also asked to recruit using discriminatory methods for certain sites, at the sole request of KC. Within the headquarters itself, the management of terror by one of the partners was slowly making its way. Situations of unhappiness at work were palpable and burnouts clearly identified ... and all this took place in the deafening silence of a frightened team led to the wand under the regular howls of the hysterical partner. I was criticized by this partner for having lunch with a friend, a head office switchboard operator, because I had the executive status that she did not have: my place was therefore among the executives. Not wanting to marry all these immoral, inhuman and illegal working methods, I myself was the victim of harassment by the same ruthless production manager who did not hesitate to increase the number of interviews without object to make me leave my functions under pressure. Within this head office team, I was able to count on the kindness of two colleagues, who, witnesses of the relentlessness that I was undergoing, advised me to take my things, to leave and never to come back. I was taken care of the next day by two doctors who saw that I was in a situation of deep burnout. They urged me to file a complaint, something I didn't do as I was too exhausted. I really advise you to go your way in order to preserve yourself. You will not find here respect, consideration, or protection in the event of danger as long as the persons mentioned above continue to practice with impunity. No professional experience justifies that you leave feathers there. I am evolving today within a caring, respectful and united team, and that is really what you deserve ... so please, run away!

To flee, that said it can help out a few months, if you manage to hold on ... but you don't have to stay long, a very very bad HR management many lies, and manipulations coming from the production manager who unfortunately adopts a state with a bellicose spirit, constantly belittles and does not take responsibility for his errors which are really unfortunate.

Treats its (underpaid) staff in a haughty and contemptuous manner, pushing them to resign or abandon their posts. Their strategy consists of sticking warnings in a gradual and completely arbitrary way in order to be able to dismiss more easily.
