NICOLE YOU ARE THE BEST WORKER THAT EVER CAME TO MY HOUSE

We had a very professional employee named Garrett Davis to service our three units in our home today. He is without a doubt one of the nicest young men in this profession. He was courteous, wore protective booties for his shoes, respectively and worked the entire time while still explaining every thing he was doing. I will most definitely ask for him every time I get service.

And while I am writing this review I also want to express my thanks to Pat for also being professional and so friendly. I love working with this company. Period.

Purchased a portable air scrubber and it works wonders. Small enough to bring to the office everyday, and my co workers even love it. Thanks guys, wonderful product, especially in these covid times. Big shout out to Jesus, for providing this opportunity, and a general thanks to all his co workers.

A very dear friend of ours had an a/c system installed by this company. She has had nothing but problems since day one. The house has major humidity problems due to the fact that the system has not been sized properly. They installed a larger system than the one that was there originally so now there is no run time to remove the humidity. After having a proper load calculation performed on the home (which admittedly was never done), it was discovered that the a/c system is twice the size required. So she paid more for a larger system that doesn't work, pays more for utilities because it is over-sized and her home is as humid as it is outside! She has called them out several times and they have not fixed the problem, although they have tried to sell her a new duct system in an effort to fix the problem (that's not the problem!). We have tried several times to work with them and they refuse to do anything about it. They finally stopped taking our calls and are washing their hands of the whole thing, so basically she is screwed. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They do not back up their work and will leave you hanging. So sad people have to be this way.

My family has used Healthy Home for a number of years and are very satisfied with their service. I find their office manager, Trish and service tech Paul, are very professional and are easy to communicate with. Therefore, I can recommend Healthy Home to current and future customers.

I needed a new AC. I called Healthy Home to have the work done. I told them my air was broken and they were out to my home as quickly as they could get here. The initial assessment was thorough. I was presented my options in a clear and concise manner. Anthony and Paul were professional and on point. They are very knowledgeable in their fields and know their product line very well. When I spoke to the office manager, she was very professional and handled the financial aspect of my deal with professionalism and in a very timely manner. Healthy Home was out to my home the very next day installing my new system. Installing a new AC take s along time. The installers were Paul and Charlie. They were clean and professional and generally just all around good people. When the work was completed, the area in which they were working was left more cleanly than when they began the installation. I would recommend Healthy Home to anyone. My experience with Healthy Home has been positive and they have earned my future business.

Love this company. All employees are so professional, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. When they give you a time of arrival they are there!
Had some mold in our duct work and had it totally replaced. Paul and Charlie were amazing. Paul redesigned the duct work and as a result we have no more cold areas. The air / heat flow is more uniform.
We have dealt with this company for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else. They have also installed a new AC 6 years ago.
Excellent service.
