My cabs rides to my cardiologist and Dr appointment we're never scheduled and never arrived. These are vital appointments. The wait time to even speak to someone is always minimum 30 minutes, my will calls are never answered or dispatched. This insurance is absolutely terrible. If you truly need insurance and care, DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE! If I can give them negative stars I absolutely would. The supervisor Shelly is awesome and has sat on hold as long as I have just to be told that I never had a cab sheduled though I have my confirmation numbers for them. They are ripping people off. Most providers in the Valley refuse to accept their coverage or plans.
