We purchased an ecosport from pearl Ford karnal . We fixed the deal on the basis that they will buy our old Ford fiesta . They told us to pay the whole amount of ecosport and assured us to give us a good resale value and refund it in form of a cheque in exchange scheme . . We have submitted insurance papers and bill of our old car to them . When we approched them for cheque of our old car they have refused . New ecosport was purchased on 23rd December 2016 . Our Ford fiesta is still in their showroom . We are senior citizens and feeling a great mental torture .
