It was awesome. The team is great and works good to take good care of you. I am very fearful of all machines. They maid it very comfortable for me to take my treatment. Thanks to Dr Oh, Rachel, Melissa, Veronica, Noore, and Karen. It was like family holding your hand all the way.

I live few blocks from HCA Houston Health West. I use this as my Primary Healthcare Hospital . Very convenience for our family, The hospital has been upgraded. We Love it.
They do not have a doctor here that knows about diabetes but have the whole third floor full of diabetic patients that they have no idea how to take care of them.

The Registration stuff were so nice friendly helpful i had an appointment with the Radiology Imaging department i been there 30 minutes before but they saw me after two hours i don t know why it took too long :(
Had to sit for 4-5 hours on the wheel chair in dizzy condition before my blood work happened and I was given a room. I understand they were understaffed. However, it is good to say such things upfront so that I would have gone to another hospital faster medical attention. There was no social distancing in the ER reception area and the nurse was taking everyone's vitals with same gloves and without sanitizing before touching the next person.
Please ensure you ask all details and make sure what is covered. These people will just nod head and say all is good and you are covered and then you get a rocket of bill direct towards you. Work is good though!
