My mother's air conditioner went out on a Saturday night. She had to sleep Sunday without air also. She is 85 years old. We talked to Budget Air Sunday and they were at her house first thing in the morning, knowing she had to go to work. They were courteous and quick to get the air fixed. they gave her a senior citizens discount on top of their already good prices. i would definitely use them again.

Chris was so helpful, I really appreciate all of his help figuring out which units to get and getting the layout down!! We went with their DiamondAir Mini Split systems and I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for HVAC.

OMG great customer service! Spoke to the order guy Mike. He went over and beyond to help me! Long story short he was able to get me a better price then Amazon or EBay! I'm even able to pick it up myself thus, saving shipping costs and delivery time.
I'll pick up my product tomorrow morning and the job should be completed tomorrow afternoon.
