Love this office!! Agnes is amazing and you can tell she really loves what she does. She takes the time to help you find the perfect pair of glasses or lenses. She is also SO knowledgeable on insurance and helps you maximize your benefits. Dr. Copeland is such a wonderful doctor. I've been to her for routine check ups as well as emergencies. They always work to get me in the office quickly. Dr. Copeland's is very friendly and very thorough with her examination. I have an eye care office for life!

Employee was in a rush during exam. Doctor didn t pay attention to patient form and put in chemicals that weren t approved by patient. Other employee wasn t wearing a mask one time during appointment and then put it on after coming close to us. When we went in to get glasses same person wasn t wearing a mask which is unacceptable.

Absolutely the best place for your eye exam and for getting your new eye glasses and frames. I have been using their services for the past seven years and they have always accommodated my needs, including emergency appointments and a "spare" pair of glasses when I broke my very own. Agnes is simply wonderful and clearly loves what she is doing. She will go above and beyond to assist with finding a perfect pair of frames for you. Dr, Copeland is very dedicated to the patient's care and will answer any questions that you might have regarding your eye care. I have already recommended this place to a number of my friends and they all have been very pleased as well.

I have used this office for my annual eye exam for the last 5 years. They are always on time and friendly. I have difficulty putting drops in my eyes and being dilated but they are always patient with me.

I've been going to Dr. Copeland for a few years now and couldn't be happier! However recently I brought my daughter for the first time who just turned 5 years old and needed an eye exam for school. I was blown away on how great she was with her. My daughter and I walked out of the office and she said..."I really like that place!" I would highly recommend Dr. Copeland and the Hawthorn Woods Family Eye Care for both kids and adults!

Hands down the best staff and office I ve ever been to! Agnes is so knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves her job! Gina is so patient and comforting. They both went above and beyond and took the time with my daughter who was hysterical during her exam. I can t say enough good things about our experiences here. We were there at closing and no one was rushing us out, it was the exact opposite. My family has been going for about 6 years. Tonight I took my 4 year old for the first time and I had to post a review (without being asked) because they are absolutely amazing and deserve it!!

Agnes is wonderful. She is patient and very accommodating. I have a hard time getting lenses/glasses that work for me. She understood my concerns and helped me get a new pair of progressives I could wear, especially at the computer. I would recommend them highly.

I ve had nothing but excellent experiences at Hawthorn Woods Family Eye Care! The exams are thorough and top notch. The staff makes my children and I always feel at ease. They are also incredibly helpful with selecting frames and had a great selection.

I love this place. The doctor is super smart, the office manager is wonderful, and they're right on time for your appointment with little to no wait. I'd highly recommend them.

I tried several different contacts over a three month period and in order to get a prescription that worked, I needed to pay more money. It was crazy I have never worked with a care centered business that worked that way. Because of how they worked, I am wearing glasses, not contacts and will need to pay out of pocket to go to another eye doctor before I can get contacts that work.
