Upset!! I scheduled tubing for my family of 13 a m...

Upset!! I scheduled tubing for my family of 13 a month ahead of time & they cancelled and gave away to others 2 days prior!! Every time I tried to reach them for payment I was unable & I couldn t open the pdf file. It would ve been nice & considerate if they would ve of called me before cancelling for non payment since I couldn t reach someone to pay. The funny thing is they said they had to let the reservation go for our tubing but yet they kept us in the STV tour which was a day later
