Great facility. Rental skates a little tough on the feet.

Best local ice, three rinks, fairly clean, bathrooms are not maintained well, however again best ice quality locally

Always will work for me, won a championship here and got a shootout winner. SO no problems at all lol

Such a miserable place. The staff are nasty, especially the people in the front office. The place is dirty and dimly lit. Says there's free Wi-Fi but good luck hooking up to it. If it wasn't for one particular employee who's amazing with the kids I would never step foot in this place again!

Sensational place. My kid plays hockey there. They even have a huge snack bar...

Just started going but an awesome facility. The rink looks in great shape, condition of the ice was perfect. Granted I started going during this pandemic so not sure how things usually are there but the staff are all nice and friendly and everything is kept very clean. Forget the name of the guy in the Pro Shop but was very helpful and did a great job sharpening my skates. With multiple rinks in the building they offer a lot of options. Highly recommend going.

Good men's leagues and a recently added third rink make this one of the best ice hockey and skating rinks in the area.

Went as part of Fred Beans customer appreciation and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Skates were new. They had a nice cafeteria area with good food selection. We would return.

Awesome ice rink, super clean with 2 high quality sheets of ice (blue and grey) however, green sheet is very bland and boring, and the beer leaguers act like they own the green sheet.

We had my daughter's 14th birthday party here. The ice skating was cool... pretty much as expected. They gave us a room with 3 tables, pretzels, chips, lemonade, sprite, and coke. They also gave us some pizzas. Unfortunately, I would rate the pizza as a 2 out of 10, at best. I wish they'd have allowed us to bring in our own Pizza. We would have gone around the corner to Goombas. But, the only food they allow you to bring in is your own cake.
Overall, it was a fun time... it's just that the pizza was horrible.

Blue or Gray is fine. You will freeze to death on Green. You've been warned.

The facility is large and easy to maneuver. There is a large snack bar that you can access with your skates on and two rinks so something is always going on.

The best place for kids ice hockey, learn to skate and fun skate for the family.

Grossest rink I ve ever been to. Bathrooms are disgusting. Beware they only take cash... and their ATM has been out of service every time I ve been there.

This is a fun night activity for sure! Went with a couple friends on a Thursday night and while it was packed, a good time was had by all. The rink itself is very nice and clean, but it's large enough to handle the volume of people that were present. Would come back in the future!

Great Facility... We were there for a 3 day youth hockey tournament. Ice was well maintained. Locker rooms were spacious. Snack bar was ALWAYS open. Only issue was parking. I think that was just because of the volume of games going at once but still not horrible. Live TV and seating in the snack bar area so you do not have to sit at ice level. 2

Very pleased with the employees here. Only downfall was there were not enough workers in the cafe area. There was a long wait for drinks and fries. Otherwise, no complaints.

Hatfield ice is a great rink. They have reasonable hours and really value their customers.

The new rink is awful. Stairs to reach locker rooms, no stands for fans to sit during games, minimal parking. And the bathrooms are a joke. Only 1 per gender, no mirror, filthy walls, and the only lock for the door is 5.5 feet off the ground - completely inaccessible by a child or someone in a wheelchair. Why even bother adding this mess of a 3rd ice surface?

Attended a hockey game there at 10:00am on a Saturday. The stands were filthy. There was food and trash EVERYWHERE under the seats and all over the floor. It was really disgusting. It doesn't take much to sweep up the floors and pick up the trash. Even if there was games Friday night, there was plenty of time to get the stands cleaned up after the games or even in the morning before 10:00am. And this isn't the first time that I came here and the stands were like this. It is unfortunate because if the stands were clean then the rink would be an average to decent rink.

Nice facility. They added a 3rd rink, not attached to the MAIN building, so if you are on the green rink make sure you get what you need at the MAIN lobby before you head over.

Hadfield ice is a well managed facility very clean and good people

They were supposed to host my step brothers birthday party....and preemptied it for a tournament. Okay..whatever, right? Except that birthday party issues- we scheduled, filled out an application, drove over to drop application and pay a deposit and got confirmation. Then, the day of the party when we called to check on paper plates..we found out we were displaced by a tourney. NO ONE ever called us to say, "gee, we can't host your party"! Talk about POOR customer service. We scrambled and threw something together for him...but I will never forget this bad experience and will tell all my friends to NOT have parties there.

Ice Line and BCI or Wintersport are more friendly still I nice rink just wish they d clean the stands a little more.

Went here for a school trip. They gave us our own rink and helped accommodate all our kids for lunch time.

It sucks when you have a game there and they don't tell you which rink you are on especially when you're across the street.

I've been here for both youth and collegiate hockey. The staff are never overly friendly and sometimes are downright rude.

Like the arena, clean, well maintained ice, good food options. Parking is a little tight, but one of the nicer facilities in the area. Dress warmly, all three rinks are very cold.

Went for an open skate. It was good. Got our skates sharpened in the shop too.

Two big rinks with seating, locker rooms are changed EVERY DAY which is almost unheard of in the hockey world. They have a proper "women's lockerroom" with a shower and a toilet(most rinks don't think women are that important.) Staff is friendly, public hockey is good there, always someone else around.

Very nice Arena! The Hatfield Arena had 3 Rinks: Blue, Green and Gray.

I love the food bar. I had the best homemade bacon egg and cheese toasted sandwich from here.

I have played on the Green and Gray rinks. Ice is hard and fast. Locker rooms are clean, nice smelling and warm. In the Green Rink there are no seats to watch game, you have to stand. If you bring family to your game in the main area (Green Rink is in a separate building) they can watch from food bar (if seating is available) or make sure they bundle up well (I know it is ice but it is extremely cold inside I have played in warmer rinks).
I hope we play a team from there this season! I look forward to coming back to Hatfield!

Staff are very nice. Public skating is fairly cheap at $7 for 2 hours. But if you have an aspiring figure skater, ice time gets very expensive at $16 per hour. I wish they had a membership program for unlimited ice time, but there's no such thing at this ice rink.

We brought our daughter to this rink as her team practice was temporarily moved. I too agree that the parking spots are limited when compared to Warwick or Grundy and some other rinks but overall the rink is really nice. The seating is not that hard plastic or concrete and wood like others as the seats are cushioned. The in-rink shop is small but all we needed was skate sharpening, which they did.

Public skating is a lot of fun with the DJ, but it's usually packed with a bunch of teenagers who just stand on the ice, or kids that are zooming in and out of people, and make it hard to skate some times. Still a lot of fun, but it's definitely a popular middle school spot.

Great place of you just want skate for a few hours. They have public skating hours. They host games for schools, I believe they also have skating classes(not sure).

DO NOT sign up for hockey tournaments here. They tell you a week prior to the tournament they cannot deliver on what is promised and refuse to refund the payment you made months prior. Extremely poor practice. Our team s coach even said this is the first time in 30+ years of hockey that he has seen such poor organization and poor product being offered and no refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this rink or be extremely cautious as they are just out steal money from families.

Just this past Friday we were sent a schedule that consisted of ONLY three teams in one combined Mite division, not the 4-6 teams in two divisions, A & B, as expected.

Additionally the schedule had us playing one game each day for a total of three total, not the 4-5 we play at a tournament. Our first game was scheduled for Friday at 6 PM which was going to be difficult for many to make. We immediately reached out to the tournament director and expressed our concern with such a weak turnout and having to drive 4 1/2 hours and spend two nights in a hotel playing only two teams in three games.

Our coach spoke to the rink Manager and he said that they have since added another team but have kicked us out. The tournament is supposed to start tomorrow. The Manager has replaced us with another team and is refusing to refund your money. VERY POOR PRACTICE!!!!

It's just ok. Two rinks but very little parking. We were in town for an event and had to park a good distance from the facility. It was smaller and not able to accommodate all those people that were there. It was a total madhouse there that night. Making matters worse they had a huge semi trailer parked at the back of the parking lot further reducing parking capacity. They had no smoking signs out front but Ash trays right there. The no smoking signs were mostly ignored as people stood right by the entrance and smoked away. Not a great experience.

Always have an absolute blast here. Highly recommended. Lessons are great for beginners and staff/teachers are amazing. Couldn't be any friendlier. Much love.

Nice rink too bad the manager brian and cafe worker Megan are total weirdos who like to harass customers , I won't go there again.
