4.5, had wished it was even closer to the sea and had more free parking for us residents.

Chic, cosy modern and friendly is what I'd say is the atmosphere in this Hotel. Would recommend any day.

Fresh, just big hotel room. Good lighting. Large bathroom. A little hard bed for my taste and uncomfortable pillow.

Nice hotel with large and modern rooms. Very good breakfast buffet and restaurant. Helpful and service-minded staff who also paid attention to my RRG status and upgraded me to better rooms. Close to the center and the scandlines terminal.

It was a very good breakfast, and kind people who worked there. However, it was a little bad because the rooms were really hot and I couldn't fall asleep because I was sweating and there was no blanket to take instead.

In these Corona times and not many hotel guests we were nevertheless given a room with boring views. The most boring thing, however, was that the breakfast buffet was withdrawn and instead you got to sit outside your door. spread buns, crosaint, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and a fruit that was all wrapped. Got the information at check in so not much to do about it. But hotel breakfast is a big part of the stay, and yet it was still the same price as before and we think it was a bit bad. We could think of some compensation there.

Good accommodation with a good breakfast. Great with a garage. Very good bread on the shrimp sandwich which was very good. Friendly staff.

The hotel is good, very clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast spread is also good. However the rooms are small and the view outside the rooms are not very great. Also, watch out for your belongings as stuff can get stolen from inside the restaurant while you are away at the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel that we usually choose when we visit Helsingborg. A lot to choose from at breakfast, but the arrangement feels messy.

Simple elegance. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Anyone visiting here will experience the "north". Also, it is not warm in the room, even in winter, just the general room temperature, around 21 degrees. This is the only negative I would note.

Great! It was wonderful. Our children felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific! Important, there is paid parking from the hotel in the parking garage. You should use the quiet, as there is no free parking in the area. This investment pays off.

In such a hotel, even morning rainfall does not bother you. Room prepared for the arrival of a visitor from a distant land. Breakfasts great, and the rest is matched to breakfast. A great place on my this year's tour. It's worth to come and live, it's worth it too. A chain of hotels known in Poland so there is no risk.

Good hotel, great breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff

A very nice hotel, which on arrival also sends out clean signals from the outside. Once inside the reception, you are greeted by happy faces from the two receptionists.

On the way to the room, the clean feeling continues, the hotel is fresh, modern and clean.

Once in the room, it is stylish and also here, well cleaned.

The reason why I feel a little extra happy with the stay, is that last year I lived on the other side of the strait - where the experience was under all criticism.

Radisson continues to impress as it is time for breakfast. Nothing is left to be desired here, most things have been thought of. Even Oatly iKaffe which is especially important for parts of my travel company.

Nice newly built hotel right in the center and within easy walking distance of the central station. Fantastic breakfast - rarely experienced as well! Service first class throughout the hotel!

The bathroom small and the shower that did not meet how to look at dry and wet borders, a door then completely open. clearly the best and wonderfully buffet breakfast. good location and close to restaurants etc. Parking under the hotel for a fee.

Ok room and good food in the restaurant, but reception, bar and restaurant flowed together and appeared cluttered and chaotic

Brand new, really nice hotel with a very good bar and restaurant. Even if you are not living there it is definitely worth a stop to hang out or grab a bite to eat! Also, don't miss the mongolian barbecue next door...

Really nice hotel. Fresh, clean, comfortable rooms. Short walk to the attractions / city centre. Easy to find parking. Mall & cinema just across the street. Only complaint is the breakfast bag that had an unappetising selection of cold food.

plastic and chemical odor. The windows cannot be opened, so there is no possibility of ventilating. <br/> We had to change hotels immediately.

We were very satisfied. The room was nice and above all clean. Pillows, but also the whole bed very comfortable. The bathroom very well equipped and clean. Completely from the socks we were then at breakfast. Simply awesome

Was at Metropol one night, cozy hotel both public spaces and rooms. But there was more to be desired by the staff.
When I check in I get a sigh of the receptionist who "must work". When we are going to eat at the restaurant we get a really nice girl who shows us to the table picks up our drinks order but after that we do not see her, the rest of the staff "forgets" us because of a greater affection that gets all the attention. But the food was fatigue, because of the service I did not leave to drink and get an angry look of the girl who is paying.
At breakfast there were new nice staff, and at breakfast there was everything one could wish for and a little bit, however, they were the warm dishes right cold, but tasty.

Really nice rooms and friendly staff. In these times were served a breakfast bag which we thought was super. You got juice, smoothies, scones, eggs, file and muesli etc. Everything was super good and unbelievably satisfying. Kettle was in the room where instant coffee and different teas were available. In the fridge was milk in the other was empty. Incredibly fresh bathroom! Another plus was that there was ice machine. They took about 5 minutes at a slow pace to the station which is also a plus. We are extremely happy and learn to come back!
