I worked as an internal intern for Hatch and couldn t have been happier with the experience. The team is extremely welcoming and friendly and willing to help in any and all aspects of the job. The office environment is extremely open and collaborative meaning as an intern I had the chance to work with recruiters and sales people, all the way up to the president of the company. Over summer 2014, I was part of the Hatch Elite summer internship program. As a student majoring in Human Resource Management, this internship had everything I was looking for. Everyday I was able to gain experience in a different part of the business field from esteemed members of the community all while working in a fun environment.

The skills I learned during my summer there has helped set me apart from other college students entering the field. It is not the place to go if you are employed looking for another job. They wanted me to come in for an interview with them during the hours I had to work. They quit calling when I told them I had to work, but could come in during the afternoon.

The people at Hatch Staffing have a passion for their community. They have been really supportive of our nonprofit organization. They have hosted events in their space for our board of directors and high school interns. They also launched a Staffing for a Cause Challenge, a competition between staffing companies to raise money for our job training programs for teens. The Hatch team won the Challenge through a series of fun and creative fundraising events which also served as a terrific team-building activity for their staff.

I worked with Hatch several months back . Payroll clerk , Rose Vang has very poor accounting skills . During the time I worked for this agency , Rose would report my hours worked and earnings inaccurately . Week after week , this would result in me being overpaid or underpaid . Rose made false accusations of me committing fraud .
