Our company has rented several offices for us to work in and I can say it's the best decision ever! Love the atmosphere, friendly staff will greet you with a big smile, and most of all very helpful. I truly recommend Regus!!

When our company moved from our own dedicated facility to this Regus location there was quite a bit of trepidation. Some in our company were concerned that we would feel cramped since we would be sharing a facility with other organizations. I can say that those fears were never realized. The facility is very modern, with plenty of open concept space. The staff is friendly and responsive. This is a great place, especially for those seeking a professional environment, without the overhead of one's own facility.

STAY AWAY! from Regus Orlando Office. I had a remote office and had cancelled six months ago yet they continued to bill me even after i got an email confirming of cancellation. Called them several times and spoke to numerous people about this and they keep saying we don't have any "info on this" .. basically the people at the office give you the run around. Called their main "help desk" number and they told me it will take 1-2 days for someone to get back to me and the person didn't seem to care. Still no word from them. Once they get your money good luck as they will continue to charge your credit card. The company's culture is to bill the card and evade .... SMH .. bad business if I could give 0 stars i would.

The facilities are clean and we'll staffed. They throw holiday parties and are very friendly. There are public meeting rooms, a break area, and public desks that anyone can work at if they need to get out of their office.

This regus office is spectacular! The staff especially, Jennifer and Ali are like office super heroes they are responsive and super friendly, whatever your requests are they will make it happen. The office itself is Kept very organized, professional with a modern sophisticated environment. This is a great place to work!

RIP OFF CITY!!! you can get twice the office for half the money. If you spend even one day looking for another office, ANY other office, it will be time well spent. The staff has ZERO clue about how things work. I asked what I had to do to get my retainer back, POINT BLANK, to the office manager who proceeded to tell me an entire crock of Shinola about it being transferred into my account in 2 weeks. No mention of anything to fill out online, just sign these papers and we are good. Two weeks later, what a different story I get. At least the kid who told me all the wrong stuff admitted it. But No Matter, it will still take up to 30 days now and there is nothing we can do, sorry Sir. I'm sure they would not take the same excuse if I was late with the rent, which I NEVER WAS. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.
