After reading reviews I now realise its clients & carers that get the short end of the stick.
I get billed at ~$100ph to my ndis, carechoice pockets $80 and passes on $20 to the workers who get exploited then pass on their anger and frustration onto the client. Its disgusting predatory behaviour, everybody reading this who is with Ndis you need to report them asap, the more people the better.
Care choice are extremely poor!
They cannot account for money they handle and there clients do not see a dollar of what is promised to them.
My personal experience with this company has been horrible, they are not truthful and do not have the interest of their clients in mind, just there own. They are a poor excuse for NDIS support services provider and are completely unaccountable for everything they do. Staff have been abusive to clients and all complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Disgusting.
Care choice meets the needs of my disabled dad. I had bad experiences with two agencies before but found the care choice carers to be professional, caring and reliable. Thanks care choice team, highly recommended
The management don't care at all about complaints or bad feedback as long as the contracts are rolling in. Appointments are missed regularly, staff cancel religiously and the people on the phone aren't concerned at all

I had irregular girls , hard to find a regular one . Claudia Goltsos was professional and wonderful . Then I had Eli she took advantage of me when I was grieving my baby sister. It was normal for her not to turn up to shift but be paid for them . She took me for a ride emotionally and financially.
They give you promises of how good they will look after you but after the money is paid you are treated like a nobody
Great care provider, very professional and passionate about what they doing, the staff were fantastic with us as they went far and beyond to help us resolve our issues... Well recommended!!
