I do not recommend buying a single electrical appliances from this store.

The customer service is very bad as they don't care about your concern after the sale.

Bought a microwave which seems to be faulty and the lady over the phone tells me they can only send it to the manufacturer to check and we don't care how you would manage, our job was to sale faulty products to customer and the rest is your problem.

Dirty salesman techniques. "We only have one more in stock/ last one left"

I go to another person and ask the desk to do a stock check on Dysons. "a few more left"

I go back to salesman.

Me: I ask about warranty,
Salesman: "$80/2 years..."
Me: Can you be flexible with warranty.
Salesman: "Yes, I give you special price $80/2 years normally $99."

Me. I check at the desk, what's the extended warranty.
Desk check: $80.

Dealing with LIARS and pushy, repetitive salesman.

Arman was very polite and helpful, strike a very good deal on phone, made payment and got TV delivered to door step and installed in 2-4 days and in literally much lesser cost then any other HN store quoted for just the products.

Easy to locate! And no dramas. Same deals as shown online and customer representative gives honest information and helpful guidelines.

No communication on receipt and delivery of order placed.

Very helpful and professional staff, a lot of parking space available.

Priyan, manager of Electrical, accused my partner & I for lying about an item we wanted to return. He then started raising his voice and yelling at us in front of other people in the store. He was not helpful at all, and I believe he had not intention to help us. Instead he berated us and told us to go to another store so they can help us when he already told me over the phone he could help.
I don't think anyone would appreciate being called liars when they are not. I don't think he would appreciate being yelled at by anyone. I don't think he'd appreciate his partner being yelled at either by anyone.
Don't go to this store. If for some reason you need to don't deal with Priyan - he will berate you, ruin your day, and not offer any actual solutions at all.
To Harvey Norman, I don't think you would want an individual like this representing your company and quite frankly I'm not sure how you employ someone like this. I'm not sure how he has worked himself into a management position in your store. We will not be shopping at any Harvey Norman store again over this experience. Please demote or sack this man so he does not talk to any of your customers like this again.

Typical money hungry salesmen, I'm there to buy a tv and they try to scam mw into buying an overpriced power outlet as well as other useless add-ons i dont need. All they care about is getting the sale.

Soheil was very helpful and polite, did whatever was possible to benifit customer. Gave me all the available options to save dollars. Went to flagship store to buy a computer which was not available there but the guy never bothered to advise or check availability in this store. Highly recommended for first point of enquiry for any household items. Good job Soheil
