Hartman Binnenhuisadviseurs Review

Onze Artifort bank hebben wij bij Hartman gekocht. Echter na 5,5 jaar begon de stof bij het zitgedeelte te slijten. Dit verwacht je niet van een kwaliteits bank. Contact opgenomen met dhr Keizer van Hartman. Hij heeft navraag gedaan bij de dealer Artifort. Het antwoord is: er zit 5 jaar garantie op, daarna niet meer.
Over de afwikkeling zijn wij erg ontevreden. Enige oplossing waarmee Hartman komt is, herstofferen met wat korting. Dat gaat ons weer veel geld kosten. Slechte service, weinig begrip voor de klant.
Mooie spullen, slechte service als er een probleem is.

In 2008 I bought Noteborn sliding walls (and a cupboard) through a Noteborn dealer whose company is now i.v.m. termination of activities has been stopped. This year I had a problem with the running wheels of one of the sliding walls. After some searching, I came across the Hartman company, which is also a Noteborn dealer. They have ordered the wheels under warranty (10-year factory warranty on materials) and have them replaced as a service. This is an exceptional class service and that is why I can recommend this company.
