We recently bought an industrial-style bookcase from Houtmijn.nl and we love it. The quality/price ratio is very good, solid structure and very well finished.

We were very satisfied with the delivery & customer service as well. It was written "within 10 days" but we purchased it on a Friday and the on Wednesday was already in our living room.

The bookcase we choose arrived assembled in one piece, we have a very big elevator in our building so it was not an issue, actually it was time-saving!

The TV furniture arrived fine in a short time. It also looks great and the carrier was friendly and helpful

After a 45 minute drive arrived unfortunately no shop with normal opening hours ... I missed on the site .... saw someone but who waved but unfortunately did not answer us ... so apparently make an appointment then you are not faced with a closed door....

It is clear that the dissatisfied customers do not bother to post a review, because I cannot imagine that a company that deals with its customers as with us will only receive positive reviews.

Do not be fooled by the low prices, because that also means that if your new furniture is delivered with damage, they will do nothing, noppes, nada for you. We bought stuff for more than 1000 euros, and each piece of furniture had scratches where your nail sticks or there was even a whole piece of paint. We then addressed this, after which we first received no response at all, after several repeat emails were sent a gray permanent marker, while firstly this is not the same color and moreover it is not as thick as the paint layer, so it remains a buts and Nico then indicates that it should be that way, even though the show model was clearly undamaged, then I really don't know anymore.

There is clearly careless handling of the stuff and if one does not want to look for a suitable solution, in my view as a company you have no right to exist.

So if you're planning to spend a significant amount and expect some service from there, I'd spend a little more and shop with the competitor.

Ordered a set from the city series last May. At that time a good price and fast delivery of a cool set of furniture. In recent weeks, a problem has arisen with one of the furniture. After the communication first got a bit rusty, Koen eventually took it up quickly and adequately. Within a day we had delivered / exchanged new furniture. Super!

Ordered table. Received mail on arrival. When picked up, it was neatly put in the car by a friendly young man. Beautiful furniture for a nice price. Houtmijn.nl is recommended.

Great store and great prices. We had selected a cupboard on the website, but when we were in the warehouse in Nieuw-Vennep, another cupboard was nicer. We were helped very well, also the delivery was very good. Really recommended!

A few points of attention if you buy something here. 1. A payment method such as credit card or payment in arrears is missing, while this is legally required for sales to consumers.

2. everything in terms of transport is immediately referred to the carrier and that you have to go after it yourself to arrive at a delivery date.
