Bad management.... appointment system not available... if you have hospital staff reference or any relative in staff you can facilitate..... Worse experience...

Very bad service.. please dont try to go there. Staff is very unprofessional. They even dont know how to Talk with customer. Specially boy with turban in pharmancy. He always argue with patient in very bad way. Management needs to sort this out because this is not sarkari hospital..
I'm really impressed that Dr.Davneet (junior Nagpal) is a very good in diagnosis ,very patient in listening to patients.

Pathetic service by all attenders, don't have the knowledge about medicines, treatment. Way of treating the patient is very pathetic..... Uneducated doctors are appointed they look jokers instead of doctor. My suggestion not to visit even for a small injury also. Patient himself have to go the chemist shop for drips or glucose or medicine.

This hospital shows true meaning of unprofessionalism... Patient was admitted for almost 10 hours and they did nothing but just put him in Emergency room..Kept on giving Medicine's so he was unconscious all the time.. I discharged him and took to another hospital and the other hospital management didn't even admit him and told me nothing was wrong with him..They gave medicines and he was all good.
They're just trying to fetch money from the helpless people.. If you have another option go somewhere please i have heard many cases now from other people as well about this hospital..

I called up today 20 oct 2017 (17.25 )at Reception regarding some query but in very desi style caller tune song payed first on enquiry number and the person who answered the call was unprofessional. he didnt understand the query and put up my call on hold. when i rang again he didnt answer. please look into it they respected management of Hartej HOspital. Consultants are good but the front face of hospital sound unprofessional.

Not good for emergencies and the meal is very bad. This hospital charges a very high cost of prices.
If there is a negative review option in google i should have posted negative. Dr nagal and his son none of them has no sense how to talk with the patient . They think that they are owners and they can treat anyone like anything. I dont know how nabh has accrediated this hospital . Nabh should check this hospital again and i urge nabh to cancel their accrediation. They dont care their patients . They treat their patients worst . A good destination for all types of surgery with good service
It's condition is worst. The food , specially breakfast is so bad which should not be given to a patient. Facilities are so ordinary. Even for exserviceman it is the worst.Also why there is camera in PICU ward where all patients are ladies.

Very pathetic hospital . We went to hospital in emergency and dealing with the same in a very casual way . Open wound patient considered an opd procedure. Being an NABH hospital they did not follow the process of handling the patient correctly. NABH tag of hartej hospital is forsaken.
Receptionist response is too much dull and irritative. Waiting room OPD is too small....

Very bad management. Un-hygenic. No any doctor in ICU, only staff nurses is in ICU. Dr.Nagpal is very nice doctor, but medical officers is zero.
