I sent my 2021 taxes to Mr Khan at Zippy Tax services to be amended.Mr Khan said he did the taxes and all I needed to do was sign. I waited two months for him to send me the documents to sign and he refused. Mr Khan and I spoke in February and he was supposed to send me the documents to sign, I told him that I will sign the documents and I can take them to the post office for mailing rather than going back and forth sending via email. Mr Khan then decided that he will not do the taxes because I was non compliant because I did not want to pay the postage. That is completely false sir. I just wanted to help you by saying once I’ve signed, I would print and mail. If you did not want me doing that simply say that. Instead he has refused to complete the amendment of the 2021 taxes after telling me they are complete and also how much I would be getting back. Mr.Khan you are not a nice person and I would never take my business to you ever again. Mr. Khan also discussed other individuals personal information while on the phone. I could careless about people I do not know, I only wanted to talk about my taxes but he goes off in circles about other clients and that’s very unprofessional. I do not take joy leaving this review but for someone to mess with money that I can potentially get back say he’s not doing the job because I didn’t want him to mail them after I sign is just wrong and is simply not very nice. I’m a single mother of three and like most people are struggling to make ends meet, this is heartbreaking Mr.Khan because I was absolutely praying for this money. I’m not doing this to deter people from going to this company, I’m doing this because I need Mr.Khan to know that what he did isn’t nice. You brag about making all this money and to mess with money I could have gotten back is absolutely unkind. I pray that God will soften your heart and stop you from treating people the way you treated me. FYI I live in a different state and could not go into his office. K

Zippy Tax service is the place to do your tax filing it is safe and fast in preparing cheques.i am with zippy from 2015 and still continues to use there services.they have a great staffing and not to mention the wife she is nice and always trying to make their clients happy.

Do not allow Zippy Tax Service to do your taxes, they placed my 2019 state and federal tax returns into a Metabank account without my knowledge or permission. They received $1386 and I received 5 cents from my hardworking money. They never contacted me or communicated to me their service would cost me $1300. The last time I was in their establishment they called 911 on a young woman that was furious with them for doing the same thing to her. Numerous FB and Yelp reviews show they've stolen from multiple clients. Waqan and his employees are psychopath crooked thieves. The police and my lawyer have been contacted. You've been warned.

Actually I was a client. I filed with y'all last year and was audited after going 3 years without being audited. I also got back $2000 more this year than last year with the same income. Plus I was charged a fee which was never discussed.

Mr. Khan alias the Owner of Zippy Tax Services INC. has had countless people walk out of his office with happiness that they could not bear as per my live witnessing (testimony) or at the very least standard satisfaction. Majority of all times, clients reciprocated with overwhelming happiness with the tax knowledge provided, tax services, refund amount and other helpfulness attributes of his. He is at the least the best at one thing which is to be mentioned amongst other positive attributes not mentioned, which is giving the tax payer the maximum refunds that they are or maybe qualified for and are entitled to. He knows that these refunds are a necessity to people's lives and in some cases where these payments are important for the federal infrastructure. He accurately accesses each individuals situation. With Khan, tax filing is educational, resourceful, unbelievable and taxes are done, fast, secure and accurate! P.s. A friend of mine recommended this place to file my taxes but there is no response when I call the office. The shutter is halfway down with the lights off. I saw the owner responded to a comment saying they are open starting Monday. I came Tuesday with 3 friends of mine but this place is closed again? I came all the way from Staten Island. I should not have after there was no answer. I did my taxes elsewhere. Rather go to someone professional who will answer calls or atleast call back.

He prepared my 2018 tax return and never provided a copy of my tax return.i recently asked for a copy and he indicated that he did not have a copy of my tax return. He indicated to go to IRS website but it seem that IRS does not recognizes my address. It seem like he did not include the right address. I need my taxes to complete procedures for my stimulus check and he was no help. Please don t go to this guy because he just want to take your money and he is not taking care of taxpayers information as required by the IRS regulations.

Emy Kamal gave good customer services skills and was my tax repairer and she was very detail about the process of how to get the taxes done and she have done a very good job

This year at zippy taxes were horrible. They were very unprofessional. When I was doing my taxes the owner tells me he smokes weed and does people taxes. They also messed up my taxes pretty bad. They had 3 different people that really did not know what they were doing, doing my taxes. I was told my paycheck was good enough for filing my taxes. My check did not come when it was suppose to. I kept calling and I asked if something was wrong and they told me no.When I went to go pick up my check they told me that the irs was denying my paycheck for 1 job so they just did not send that in. I lost a lot of money when they did that and I also did not give them the okay to do so. I could have gotten a w2 if they just had told me it was being rejected. I am very disappointed because that was very unprofessional. I will never ever do my taxes with zippy again. They have cost me a lot of money..

Update 2017: I came back as I said I would and the services were well until the tax preparers started to act funny (ex: not picking up phone calls, saying they are not in when they are and claiming they send papers when they did not.) I gave 2 stars for their inconsistency. I will not be coming back next year.
