A nightmare to contact a real person at Harrow council, got to speak with Susan only to be put on continuous loop of mindless babble for 10 minutes then still waiting, the call went dead.

1 star is too generous.

As public servants this is a disgrace that the residents of harrow cannot access basic services

totally useless. only thing they're efficient at is collecting council tax. extremely unwilling to help.

Harrow is becoming a Tip.
Parking and Litter should be easy to manage. But Harrow Council fail in both. One on the most disgusting borough to live in.

Horrible council with incompetent and uncaring staff and officers. Very good at issuing tickets for parking and traffic violations (because that brings in lots of money), but useless at providing any sort of expected council service to their residents.
